Enjoy your stay.
Hotel just steps from the sea. Spacious, comfortable, and practical suite. Side sea view, but unfortunately, the ugly building in front detracts from it. Excellent and abundant breakfast. Well-maintained indoor pool, perfect hot tub. Polite staff. Location a bit outside the center.
I would improve the lighting of the palm trees (the red ones are not visible), the color of the pool towels, the order in the pool area (too crowded with people on computers), and a bit more maintenance (for the stairs, suite bathroom door, shower hose, non-functioning Netflix connection, bicycles).
Overall, a good experience.

I found myself at a conference in Riccione again this year, which rejuvenates the mind and body.

Summer family stay
Stayed a week with our 6 year old daughter this summer. We stayed in a family room with a real separate space for our daughter. Spacious and clean room, storage.
Family hotel, with a kids club that I don't think has much interest considering the hours offered and where no one speaks French unfortunately.
We had taken the half board. Breakfast is excellent, varied, colorful. As for dinner, I admit to being hungry! Everything is served in buffet form, qualitative of course, if not for desserts, not at all up to standard. However, we enjoyed the evening "fish" on the terrace, included in the formula.
The hotel is a bit off-center if you are looking for a bit of entertainment in the evening, take 15 minutes walk to get to the heart of the nightlife.
Access to the beach by crossing the promenade, the beaches, private, are all equipped with playgrounds for children, it is a real plus.
What to do absolutely when you stay in Riccione is spend a day in San Marino!

Nous travaillons néanmoins pour rendre le service plus attractif et accessible, notamment pour ceux qui ne parlent pas italien.
Nous sommes désolés que le buffet du soir, et particulièrement les desserts, n’aient pas parfaitement répondu à Vos attentes. Votre retour sera transmis à notre équipe de cuisine, qui reçoit habituellement de nombreux compliments.
Riccione, avec sa promenade plus tranquille, peut sembler un peu excentrée pour ceux qui recherchent davantage d’animations en soirée, mais nous sommes heureux que Vous ayez trouvé l’accès à la plage pratique et apprécié les aires de jeux pour les enfants. Et nous partageons totalement Votre avis : visiter Saint-Marin est un incontournable !

Excellent lodging. The only note was that fruit variety on breakfast was a bit low. All the other aspects are 5 on 5. To repeat.

Wonderful hotel with an Amazing Staff! Paolo remembers me year after year as I always stay here for business when I'm in Rimini. The whole team are friendly and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Can't recommend this hotel enough!
