Wonderful residence: courtesy, smiles, and a stupendous view.

An unforgettable stay: we felt at home!
We stayed in this splendid residence from July 3 to 14 and it was a truly fantastic experience! The property is beautiful and enjoys a stupendous view that gave us moments of pure relaxation.
But the real added value of this place is the staff: all the personnel are delightful, with unique kindness and professionalism. A special thanks goes to the girl at the reception/staff, truly wonderful, cheerful, and super helpful! With their welcome and their unfailing smiles, they made us feel like part of a family right away, just like at home.
Highly recommended from every point of view. We will definitely be back!

First family vacation

We stayed at this residence for our first vacation with a 1-and-a-half-year-old baby. The welcome was excellent and professional, and we were given all the necessary information for our stay. The three-room apartment met our expectations in terms of order, cleanliness, and availability of utensils. The location is excellent, convenient for supermarkets, restaurants, and other services. Quiet and well-renovated residence. The parking nearby is convenient. The agreement with Bagni Elio, across from the property, was excellent. Recommended for both adults and children.

Excellent solution near the sea

We stayed for a week in this beautiful and brand-new residence. Superb beachfront location, very functional and clean apartment, well-equipped kitchen, large bathroom, bedroom and additional bed in the living area. All the staff were very kind and helpful. We will be back!

Very beautiful residence!

We stayed in the residence, specifically in a two-room apartment with a sea view in June 2026. The apartments are recent and equipped with everything necessary. Equipped kitchen (including microwave), bathroom with walk-in shower, spacious double bedroom. Perfectly air-conditioned! The residence is located 50 meters from the sea, and for us, it was very convenient with a small child. They have an agreement with the beach in front, the 122b, super friendly and fair prices.
In the residence, there is also a laundry room where you can use a washing machine and dryer (for a fee), very convenient. The parking is about 400/500 meters away (but once you park the car, you will not need it anymore).
There are also white parking spaces nearby (in June, occasionally free).
Moreover, it is in an excellent location with nearby restaurants, pizzerias, and pastry shops.
5/10 minutes on foot from Viale Dante.
For us, everything was perfect! We will definitely return.
