The room was clean and the staff was very responsive. Welcomed us at the entrance. It was an quick and easy check in.

Nightmare experience

If you are looking for a clean place and a professional welcome, turn away from this B&B. Our stay was a disaster from the first to the last minute.
Upon entering the first room, we were greeted by an unpleasant and persistent smell. The situation worsened when looking at the bed: hair on the pillow and noticeable stains on both sheets and towels. Not acceptable. Not to mention the fact that in the next room there were piles of laundry piled up in the corner, all visibly dirty.
When I contacted the owner to report the dirt, I only received an embarrassing apology. He tried in every way not to move us, inventing that our room was "the best of the structure" (obviously a lie to cover laziness or disorganization).
After much insistence, we were given another room that, at first glance, looked better. Pure illusion.
• Shower: Full of hair left over from previous guests.
• Sheets: Once again, stain.
• Walls: Marked by visible and unhealthy humidity.
The culmination came with the kitchen. I specifically chose this B&B to cook, but the cleaning lady abruptly informed us that we could not turn on the stove. Booking a B&B with a kitchen and being forbidden to use it is a real joke.
It is clear that in this facility cleanliness is not a priority and respect for the customer is zero. I wonder how you can rent a room in these pitiful conditions. Save your money and your health:
Go elsewhere.

This place is completely unhygienic and unfit to receive guests. Under the bed I found a THICK LAYER of dust, a old sock, a fruit pit, and a used cigarette butt in a room with a NO SMOKING sign on the wall. Massive buildup of hair and debris everywhere. Proof that the room receives no proper cleaning between guests.
The bathroom glass was filthy, as if it had never been washed. Absolutely disgusting.
The air conditioning unit was completely clogged with dust and dirt. I have a respiratory allergy and suffered an allergic reaction throughout the entire night, unable to sleep.
SUPER noise, right next to a huge avenue
Location got a lot of crack heads
To top it all off, the owner knocked on my door at 10:57 PM to collect a tourist tax even after I had already told him that the establishment's own internet was not working and prevented me from accessing my bank to make the payment.
Avoid this place at all costs. It is a serious health hazard..

The property had amenities as described and everything we needed for our stay. The shower and toilet leak and need repair/upgrade.

Absolutely to avoid!!!

We booked in time a room for our family of four, but due to an incident two days before we were canceled perhaps due to a credit card problem. We contacted the manager via message, who told us that he could give us another room for four people, and that this room was very nice. The room was very small dirty with stained and worn blankets and the headboard of the beds dirty and worn. Under the bed were dirty socks of presidents or guests not to mention the dirty and broken Bathroom. When we checked in the manager let us into the room climbing over mounds of dirty laundry that occupied the entrance. We preferred to interrupt the holiday to avoid catching some illness. We had also asked to be able to replace the room, but he gave us no answer.
