Roman epiphany

I have already reviewed this "jewel" near the Vatican but every time I return I must congratulate all the attentive and courteous staff. Lorenzo, one of the managers was particularly kind and helpful, I was abroad and needed to book one more night than those booked through Booking.com, I wrote him a message and he immediately replied reassuring me that I had reserved a room for the extra night, this is an exceptional service and I want to say that not everyone is so cooperative. I arrived long before check in time just to leave my luggage but since the room was ready, the usual room where I always stay, I could check in and take the keys.
Thank you so much everyone, the guys who serve breakfast are adorable, C u next time xxx

HORRIBLE TO SAY THE LEAST.

HORRIBLE TO SAY THE LEAST.
I state that the room is extremely small and is DIRTY and RUINED. Specifically:
- The bed has totally destroyed and dirty sides, with punctured sheets and totally BROKEN MATTRESS
- Huge CRACKS on the walls (which they tried to cover with a painting with poor results)
- Room in general dirty and full of dust
- VERY DIRTY BATHROOM, complete with other people's HAIR found in the shower on our arrival (see photo)
- Dirty shower with black and moldy seals, with black soap dish, empty and full of limescale
- Bath thermo not working
- The bathroom is also very small, literally it is difficult to sit on the toilet and my girlfriend (thin and 1.60 m tall) could not use the bidet because there was literally no space sideways
- Bathroom fan (without window) NOT WORKING which made the air suffocating
- The breakfast that, specifically, is served in the room, is really poor, there is little and nothing
- The ROOM being housed inside an apartment is EXTREMELY NOISY and every morning early you could hear intercom and talk from the “””reception””” (dirty even that) people entering, leaving and moving suitcases that seemed literally to have in the room.
- There are no signs to display in case you do not want to be disturbed in the morning. Know that the cleaning guys in the early morning will start knocking on the door insistently and will try to open it even through the keys from the outside, so in the truest sense of the word you risk finding someone in your room while you sleep (if that’s okay)

Terrible experience and I absolutely do not recommend

For goodness sake, a one-night stay is enough and more... Paid there at the hotel before seeing the room...
The sheets and pillowcases are dirty and not ironed, the sheet is broken, the problem is pointed out and the boy arrives and changes the sheets, then I check the towels and they were wet or damp, the problem is pointed out and the boy returns to change the towels, radiator not working, but luckily the air conditioner was working but noisy. In the room the tea kettle was not clean, i.e. encrusted with milk...
The bathroom stool was unstable, the bathroom carpet was broken, the TV didn't work, and I had to install the channels myself. The chandelier broken and attacked with shock....
I don't know if it was my room like that...
I don't recommend, the only positive thing is the area where to stay and the breakfast more or less even if the coffee in the room arrived cold

Super location to visit Rome!

We had a great time!
Fantastic location, just 10 minutes walk from St. Peter's, convenient to visit the center of Rome in a few days.
Breakfast in the room and super friendly staff.
Parking always found in the street of the structure. Thank you!

Nice room

Well I stayed 4 nights. Close to attractions about 1 km from each. Breakfast in bed very convenient, but it didn't have that many options.
In general, the cleanliness was good, but there were some issues such as stains on the ceiling and some stains on the wall and the curtain.
