We wanted a place to sleep, not great luxuries since our intention was to be out all day
He explained everything to us very well.
The room is not bad, perhaps as I have read here the walls are a bit neglected but it is normal, the mattress if I am not mistaken is spring, which seems a bit uncomfortable for me, but otherwise it is fine, the bathroom is impeccable, with soap and shampoo, made our room and changed our towels.

Very weak
The stay at this accommodation was unfortunately marked by a succession of disappointments. From the moment of arrival, everything indicated that what was waiting for us did not minimally correspond to the promotional images. The building has no visible identification, and the exterior is frankly desolating. The atrium is cold, ugly and unhappy, with a cancellation that blocks access to the stairs and elevator, demanding a code that is not even provided in advance. It was only thanks to other guests who were at the door that we were able to find out that the check-in was made by message via WhatsApp — a process that, fortunately, was quick, but that is still unprofessional. As he went up to the floor of his bedroom, the feeling of abandonment intensified. The space is visibly old, with signs of wear everywhere. Cleaning is only acceptable, but not enough to compensate for the general state of degradation. The room itself was the lowest point of the experience: tiny, with about 3 square meters, and a window that faces the back of other buildings, without any view or brightness. The only thing that was saved was the bathroom — also old, but at least showing signs of hygiene. I understand that this is not a luxury hotel, but that does not justify fooling customers with artistic photographs that do not reflect reality. Breakfast is served at a bakery about 100 yards away and only entitles to a coffee/capuccino and a Croissant. The difference between what is announced and what is found is shocking. An experience that I do not intend to repeat and that I would not recommend to anyone who values the minimum of comfort and transparency.

Don't stay here unless you absolutely have to
Then we take what was not good:
The security - the gate from the street was often open and the gate to the stairwell did not work. Once the door to the corridor was also open. The doors to the rooms are thin and hardly any security doors. No staff had supervision. There were camera signs but we couldn't see any.
Furnishings - the hall outside the rooms was cluttered with old furniture (fire safety) that they hadn't bothered to throw away. There was an old, worn-out refrigerator out in the hall that everyone had to share. The rooms were horribly decorated and the furniture old and worn (there was also an old broken refrigerator in the room). The beds were uncomfortable because there was no slatted base on one side and you could feel the springs in the mattress. The wallpaper had partially come off the walls. In addition, there were far too few contacts in the room. Nor were there any glasses/cups in the rooms.
It would not have been difficult to solve this. Throw away all the old furniture, renovate the rooms by repainting and then putting in new furniture and suddenly you would raise the standard significantly. The bathroom was okay.
