Please do not stay here!
Location, close to everything but bit scary at night.
Hotel was dirty in the common areas and filthy in bedroom, would have checked out but no where to go. Bathroom thick with mould and grime, no plugs in sink or bidet, shower and sink blocked up quickly. Bath mat had black hairs from previous occupant. Two thin towels, never changed over 4 days, no room to open 2 suitcases at same time. Dark, depressing, tiny room, poor lighting and locks.
Only a top sheet on bed, nothing else. No toiletries as such, tiny soap bar and tiny sachet of shampoo. Kettle provided but no cups,spoons,tea,coffee facilities, no glasses ,plastic tooth mugs as in cheap
collapsible ones. If this is 4 star it must be out of a ranking of 50 stars.

The room looked nothing like the picture. The bathroom was covered in mold. They wanted more money than what was agreed on the site. The female receptionist was absolutely rude and dismissive although both of the male receptionists were very pleasant and helpful. Dreadful place that I couldn't wait to get out out of and its right in the middle of what looks like a ghetto, with beggars and unsavoury characters

Thinks that at that price breakfast should be included
Not quite convinced that this is a 4-star hotel. Tired rooms with wall to wall carpets. Not much hygienic as there are many who stay overnight throughout the year. Small bath. Great location to faselities, cheaper restaurants than in the centre itself.

Disappointing. The worst price-quality ratio possible.
While being a 4-star hotel does not guarantee that it is good, it is surprising how disappointing this hotel is in every way, and how it can maintain that category when it does not meet any of the requirements to have it (it has no restaurant, does not offer breakfast, there is no daily cleaning of the room or common areas, there are no quality amenities, etc.) - And maintaining that false 4-star category means paying a higher daily tourist tax than in other hotels.
The water in the shower did not come out with good pressure or temperature.
There were no hangers for pants, nor shelves to organize clothes in the tiny closet.
There was an electric kettle, but there was neither coffee nor complimentary tea, not even cups to prepare if one brought their own.
Sunken mattress. Dirt on the carpet, bathroom, walls, and hallways.
The location is very practical for me; it is the only positive aspect. The bad atmosphere at night lately in Rome is also seen in other neighborhoods.

It should be removed from the 4-star category.
I arrived at the hotel at 6:00 PM with my son, but I found poor hygiene; the last straw was the hair on the sheets.
we escaped after only three hours.
At 9:00 PM, I had to look for a new hotel.
The person at the reception, after only three hours, checked us out without considering the reason why.
Do not go, RUN AWAY.
It should be removed from the 4-star category.
