Great stay

We got the smallest room in this flat turned into a six rooms hotel / apartment.
It was small but very clean, modern, and convenient.
You need to connect with the owner through Whats app for check in, questions, and check out.
The location was fantastic as only 4 stations away from Termini station on a couple of bus lines.
While the bed was really small and uncomfortable ( thin sponge mattress....) , everything else was great. Small en suite bathroom was clean and nice, the window was great to have.
I would stay here again but in a bigger room next time. Maybe the bed is better in bigger rooms...

Terribly dirty hotel. Trash left in the bin, towels with makeup stains, sheets smelled dusty, shower amenities partially used, glass left with lipstick and half drunken water. Not worth the money. AC didn’t work well, wifi was slow. The location is good if you don’t care about sanitation.

Total absence of services

An exorbitant cost for not having, in 4 days: change of towels, room cleaning (provided by the management), espresso machine. At almost €200.00 per night for single use (madness for this category of accommodation) you would expect a shower platform, breakfast facilities and, above all, a change of towels when the bed is made. None of this.

Pleasant, but not luxury

Very nice place, new, clean, with nice furniture, but it is not luxury. The room has a very small bathroom. For breakfast we had to go downstairs to the bar and all we got is coffee, croissant and juice. We had to pay extra for a sandwich. The owner is very nice, kind and tries to help guests. WiFi is available all around the place and was working fine. The room is in 5th floor and the elevator is very old, on our last day was out of order.

Delusa

Premetto che sono stata ospite di questa struttura con un cofanetto smart box. Nessuno obbliga le strutture ad aderire, quindi i clienti dovrebbero essere trattati alla stregua degli altri. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era la più piccola (perché???) nonostante tutte le altre fossero disponibili (vuote). Il letto era del tipo 'alla francese', più piccolo di un matrimoniale, con due lati appoggiati ai muri (quindi per scendere, chi era verso il muro, doveva scavalcare chi era verso l'esterno). Il bagno era privo di bidet (il doccino nel water, per favore, non può essere omologabile) e non c'era spazio per appoggiare nulla. Nella stanza mancava la tenda, c'era solo quella oscurante, ma la mattina normalmente si aprono le finestre per far entrare luce, e le persone di fronte erano a due passi dalla nostra finestra (aggiungo foto). La 'colazione all'italiana' è visibile anch'essa in foto: inesistenti latte o yogurt, o frutta, o marmellata, o succhi, o pane, o cacao....Peccato, l'appartamento è ristrutturato bene e presenta anche una cucina comune, bastava dire agli ospiti di arrivare con proprio cibo invece di indicare che la colazione era compresa.
