Excellent service

Stayed here for a short summer holiday. Close to Tiburtina rail station and surrounded by nice places to eat. Beautiful clean and fresh room. Pleasantly surprised to find snacks and drinks available any time for guests. Staff very polite, helpful and friendly, which helped me to relax and feel welcomed. Highly recommended.

Good Service, but poor bedding and insulation

I’m sorry to have to leave such a low rating as the Welcoming was really warm and the Service impeccable. On the other hand, the quality of the night unfortunately ruined the stay: the bed was creaking and too soft, and the sound insulation was non-existent — you can hear everything that happens in the neighbors and on the street. So I slept very badly despite the kindness of the staff

Lovely little find!

My partner, 2 friends and I found this hotel on booking.com as we needed a nights stay in Rome before heading off to a friends wedding in Ascoli. On arrival we were greeted by the lovely owners/managers. They couldn’t do enough for us and made us all feel very welcome.
The rooms and hotel it’s self was very modern and clean. Excellent drink and snack facilities which were all free! The rooms were very clean and had plenty of storage. So glad we found this for our quick stay in Rome! Would definitely recommend.

Great Room, Comfy Bed!

This b&b is great. It is close to the Tiburtina metro/train station, making it very easy to get into the city! The room is very spacious with a super comfy bed. It was super nice to come back to after a full day exploring the city. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They provided free water (sparkling and still) and chocolate and pastries. I was super impressed. The shower was hot, which is very important in the winter time! The only thing was you could hear the people next door entering and leaving their room, but other than that it was great! I would recommend anyone to stay here and I will definitely go back whenever I am in Rome again.

Great service!

The young woman who checked us in was very friendly, as was the owner. Room was beautiful, exactly like the picture. Breakfast is at a little cute italian bar/coffeshop right across the street. Excellent coffe!
