Duca's House

Duca's House, once again, has proved a quality property. The cozy houses and Paolo, the administrator of the B & B, is always courteous and helpful.
The property is near the Garbatella Metro stop and in a few minutes you can reach the center of Rome.
This is the second time that I am a guest of Duca'House and I must say, with all sincerity, that I am fully satisfied. Thanks Paul see you soon.

Unpleasant experience, rude

The room was clean upon my arrival but the kitchen cutlery as well as the rest of the crockery (not used) were disgustingly dirty.
the owner should have made sure everything was clean upon arrival but instead…
The bathroom has no windows and the device that exchanges the air is useless.
The rooms are not soundproof at all and you can hear everything from the other rooms/corridor.
I forgot that check out was at 10am, and I arrived at 1pm unfortunately since I was at work, even though I was 5 minutes from the property the owner didn't bother to send a message or call me to remind me to leave the property, but rather upon my arrival I found all my stuff (clean and dirty clothes, shoes, intimate and valuable objects) all mixed up and thrown into a yellow bag used for rubbish, scattering everything in the kitchen. although unfortunately the forgetfulness of not showing up on time for check out is mine, I was very annoyed by the way in which I was kicked out of the room without any warning, treating my stuff like rubbish, not even being able to tidy up and affix my things like the room itself, making a bad impression on the other roommates you present there. the owner responded to me with pride, arrogance and arrogance, a simple message or call would have been enough, as he sent me the other communications and I would have avoided this unpleasant review.

Weekend in Rome

The room was lovely and so many refreshments were provided. It was accessible to everything we wanted to visit (Trevi Fountain, coliseum, the Vatican) by bus. I will definitely be recommending Duca’s house to people and will hopefully return myself again soon! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Holiday

Spacious, beautifully decorated furnished room and bathroom finished to a high standard. Bed was so comfortable and large. 10/10 for cleanliness. Fridge and drink making facilities. Lovely balcony with table and chairs. Small communial kitchen. Excellence location for the metro or bus to the centre of Rome around 15-20 mins away. Lovely area, plenty of small resturants, bars and shops on the door step. Highly recommended.

Pessimi

Abbiamo pernottato per 2 notti e mettono la bottiglietta d acqua solo per un giorno, non ripristinano biscotti e caffè per il giorno successivo. In una specie di cucina c è la bottiglia del latte con dentro qualcosa di vecchio diventato ormai caglio e muffa. Pessimi!!!
