Clean spacious room. Host was accommodating.
The room was clean and spacious. Towels and shampoo brought daily. Working elevators. Welcoming host. I would definitely here again.

Great value for money
Just 3 minutes from the Termini (central train station) and the bus station from Fiumicino airport. Room for three was big and as it seems from the Booking.com photos. The mattress was very comfy ,heating in the room and air contrition. Big bathroom with hot water all day. Good WiFi ,led tv (we didn’t use it though). The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe with lots of good restaurants to eat.Kawsan the host was so helpful and friendly ,he even provide us sleepers and every day he offered us an espresso which was a very kind gesture. The room was cleaned daily and they changed the towels and the sheets every day!Because we had a late flight he kept us out luggages. Overall a great value for money choice for Rome!

Good value for money
Good value for money. Great location: close to Termini Station and the main public transport. Little traffic. Old building but discreet rooms, cleanliness in the norm and daily towel change. Half-liter bottle of water per day. Staff not present in the structure but can be contacted via WhatsApp in case of need. The last day available to keep your luggage until late afternoon. Ideal solution for those who do not have many pretensions but want to spend the right.

Excellent Service and Cleanliness
We had a very nice stay.
Just after the deal was done, it was very good. Cleaning Service was very good. For every cleaning, they leave you water.
Employee Kawsar was magnificent. He kept our luggage on the last day when we left, he was always attentive to any problems, he invited us to a coffee on the last day.

normal, not bad!
In its complexity it was not so bad: perfect location, close to all transport, clean and sanitized. Unfortunately it has its drawbacks: the staff not present for any kind of issue, noisy, the building is in my opinion old. For me and my friends, who only had to sleep there during our Christmas holiday, it was more than good!
