Strategic location. Great reception

Hotel located a short distance from the metro stop. Great location. Cost effective. Clean and warm rooms. The breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Soundproofed rooms

Better for short trips than long ones

One week stay at the Arco di Travertino hotel in room 16, the staff at the reception and especially during breakfast were very kind. Unfortunately, from the reviews I read, I expected a quiet place, but it is unfortunately quite noisy (mainly, you can hear the sounds from the very busy main road, especially the engines and sometimes music from nearby venues that can be disturbing). Perhaps having a room on the ground floor near the reception did not help. The room was in line with my expectations… the LG 28-inch TV present was good and responsive (also with local channels and smart features), not the bathroom… the shower was very small (I got used to it anyway, equipped with a good showerhead even though it is not easy to understand how to turn it on, but I managed to figure it out) but it was very moldy and dirty, especially in the corners. Breakfast varies for a two-star hotel, even though it is always the same except for a daily variation of the only cake available. In the room, I recommend adding an extra bin besides the small one present in the bathroom; the safe is nice and large.

A pleasant discovery

Hotel in a great location for proximity to metro and bus. Very very nice, nice and clean, a gem. Very nice and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Great value for money. We will be back.

Very clean hotel, great welcome, close to metro , really great experience, very quiet setting. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, for the first time in a hotel in Rome we recommend it with pleasure. Thank you for everything.

Arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning.
I have no evidence to rate it negatively, but overall I was not particularly impressed.
Agree that the category is two stars so it is legitimate not to expect too much but for the price paid you can find better
