Lovely hotel in a brilliant location

Check in was smooth and easy, we were pleasantly surprised with how big the room was.
Rooms were lovely and spacious, air con was fantastic and we had a lovely balcony which was a surprise for us. Loads of storage space and rooms were cleaned every day, towels were always changed and we were so pleased.
Staff were so kind and helpful, always had a smile on their face and especially friendly. At breakfast they were always busy cleaning tables but never too busy to say hello! Definitely have a drink at the bar, it is well worth it and a great price!
Breakfast was great for continental and we were pleased with our whole experience. We would recommend staying here as it is also in a great location. We walked everywhere during our stay and there are so many places around the hotel to go it’s worth every penny!

The lady that worked the front desk made the stay not enjoyable. The cleaning staff failed to refill toilet paper, Kleenex and shower gel. We booked 2 rooms for 6 people and both rooms were not restocked after 4 days (paid over $4,000). When we asked at the front desk she implied that we had too many people in our room and had used up the supplies. I assured her we had 3 people in each room and had been there for 4 days.
She also yelled at us when the door at reception failed to close behind us.
She talked about us to other staff and mocked us to other guests.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel. Clean and modern. Great location especially for the Vatican city. Right in the centre of things. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and decent size. Would definitely recommend.
