I would stay here again

We arrived very early on a Sunday morning after disembarking our cruise, hoping just to leave our bags whilst we wandered the city but they actually had a room available for us which was heaven sent. The city was incredibly hot and we were exhausted.
We were given a large room with excellent air conditioning, nice bathroom, plenty of room for the three of us. It was very clean and comfortable . Its very close to Termini but we couldn't hear any noise.
I would definitely try to stay here again next time I am in Rome. Thank you very much to the hotel staff for looking after hot, sweaty travelers so well.

I booked the Kennedy hotel initially, which was very bad. Then I went out looking for a hotel to stay and luckily for us this Palladium Palace had rooms. I was so happy, we were greeted by Miss Jelena who worked at the front desk. Very lovely lady, jovial, good customer service and very professional. She showed us the room before booking us in. The place is nice and clean, breakfast was good. The only thing I didn’t like you could hear the cars and whatever taking place on the street. Therefore, It was difficult to sleep. But better than the previous hotel. Thank you Jelena who made our stay as comfortable as possible. She booked all our taxis whenever we wanted to go out, I cannot thank her enough. I gave 4 stars only because of the noise. But will definitely be staying there again.

Great hotel in a strategic location for getting around by public transport, being only 200m from Termini station.

The decor is a bit dated, but the room is clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet is very varied.

Very nice and spacious with air!

We stayed here for one night as a lay over between our cruise and our flight home. It was a super nice place. We had the suite because there were 4 of us and many of the rooms in Europe are very small. The suite was very spacious for our party of 4. 2 bedrooms, one king size and one with 2 twin beds. There was a small sitting area as well. The bathroom was very nice and the water pressure was good. Staff was very nice and helpful. One of the best things was that this hotel has air conditioning! They can store your luggage for you if the room isn't ready when you arrive so you can go explore. Once we got back, our luggage was already in our room. Great location - only about a 20 minute walk to the colosseum and other must see places in town. Definitely would stay here again.

no shower curtain around the shower made water splash all over the bathroom. Ask for extra towels to mop the floor.
