Small basic room, but clean and nice. Friendly staff. Nice calm area with cafés serving breakfast. Good choice if you need a pleasant central place to stay.

Overall average experience but a budget friendly option for a few days. The reception staff were helpful.
Room was small with an odd layout. Bathroom maintained but a bit outdated with mold in some spots. Room did have a/c which is a plus for the hotter months.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the location was nice, and the hotel was clean. There was no air conditioning in our room and the best they could do to remedy the situation was a fan. No concessions were made to our bill, just sorry! Three nights with no air conditioning was not fun, but the rest of the experience was good. The Cafe directly below the hotel really were great!! Awesome, friendly service every morning and evening!!

Will not recover families with kids

I would give this hotel a 2 star for many reasons, but before that let me cover positives.
Positives :
1) The hotel is located close many attractions like your Trevi Fountain (15 min walk), Colosseum (20-30 min walk), Roma Termini train station (15min walk), shops and restaurants are very close.
2) Accessing the hotel is very easy
3) Staff speak English.
I couldn’t think of anything else positive to share about this place
What I didn’t like:
1) We requested no smoking room but was given a room which was filled with smoke smell. As we arrive around 1:30 at night we just went to bed. Next morning when we asked the receptionist, he mentioned about the next door being an open area the smell can come inside the room.
2) Towels were never changed even after 2 days.
3) Bedsheets never changed after 2 days
4) Bathroom is tiny and they provide toiletries sachets. I went to the shop to buy toiletries
5) The curtains don’t close properly and had to held with pins and chair to block light.
6) You are not provided with iron press.

Shame on the hotel

I suggest you be very careful when booking this hotel. My flight was delayed due to flight changes in Dubai. I asked them to move my arrival by one day. They wrote to me that it was against the terms. They didn't check, didn't try to be fair and check if they had a room available one night later, they just charged me without me arriving and that was it. So I just want to say that as someone who has been traveling the world for 50 years and has been to 67 countries, this is the first time I've encountered such a cynical hotel and such an ugly and unfair culture. I recommend travelers stay away from places with such bad behavior.
