The hotel is spotless, modern, and the breakfast is the best I’ve had in a hotel. Barbara, Andy, and Stella gave an outstanding service and made me feel like family.

Bad experience of theft inside the hotel

The buffet was very good and everything, but on the first day of our stay, a person in my group had their bag with all their belongings and passport stolen during breakfast in the restaurant. We traveled through Italy and returned to this hotel in Rome, and when we came back, we heard that another American tourist had her purse stolen.
The hotel refused to cooperate by showing the security camera footage despite the police report already being filed; I believe it is because they know who the thief is in their establishment.
Be careful and look for a safer option.

In the hotel you eat badly.... in this case it's NOT TRUE

We didn't sleep in this hotel, we just had dinner on a Saturday night. Some acquaintances advised us to taste the pizza and we actually found it DELICIOUS. Great desserts. Not to mention the staff who are EXCEPTIONAL, helpful and professional. In short, a really nice evening. I hope to return to try other dishes. Congratulations

Hotel ibis style Rome

A simply exceptional stay!
Upon arrival, the welcome is warm, professional and sincerely attentive. The staff is very attentive, always available without being intrusive, which makes the experience particularly pleasant.
The room was impeccable: spacious, perfectly clean, tastefully decorated and offering optimal comfort. The bedding is of a high quality, guaranteeing restful nights. The facilities are modern and well thought out, nothing is missing.
On the catering side, it is a flawless one. Breakfast is varied, generous and composed of quality products. Every detail is taken care of, and it is felt.
The common areas are elegant and perfectly maintained, creating a warm and refined atmosphere. It immediately feels good.
In short, this hotel ticks all the boxes: comfort, service, cleanliness and quality. An address that I recommend without hesitation and where I will return with great pleasure!

Very good value for money!

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days and loved it.
The room was very quiet (I have sleep problems), well arranged (fridge, safe,...), practical bathroom with plenty of towels + shower gel, bidet.
Breakfast is exceptional: healthy and organic for me, protein and salty for my husband, but there are also pastries,...
We had dinner one night at the hotel, and the meal was good, with a decent price.
The welcome was perfect, all employees were smiling, and the reception answered our questions and requirements.
There is a relaxing area with books, water and sofas, and a vent area with a gym, table football, games for children.
Admittedly the hotel is a bit off-center but there are regular shuttles to the Vatican, from where you can take the metro, or you can walk in 15 minutes or by bus to a metro station.
In short, if we return to Rome it will be in this hotel!
