Excellent place!!
An excellent place, very clean and beautiful with friendly stuff..nice breakfast to start your day and a coffee machine at the kitchen to make coffee for free 24/7..close to Cipro metro station, only 5 stations from the center f Rome.. Rpa nice choice!!

Worst place ever, go some where else
We were ran out of the pool every evening for cleaning. We have been charged twice for the hotel stay even after we showed proof of payment.. They act like there restaurant is a 5 star, No it's not by far. This hotel is not close to downtown Rome. It is close to the Vatican and St Peter's Cathedral. Taxi will charge you 20 euro to go 5 blocks. The food in the restaurant has no flavor at all. They can't even cook a Hamburger well done. We were there for Christmas and New Years. Since we didn't pay 240 euro's for the New Years bash. We couldn't even order a meal from the restaurant because it was for the New Years eve people. Couldn't even get a pizza because that was closed down too. So we had to walk several block to get a meal,, so we didn't go to bed hungry.The women at the front desk are snotty and not willing to help you. The decor is god awful. So unless you want to sit around and people watch and play pinball machines. Don't stay at this hotel. Let's talk about the beds. They said that it was a king size bed. No, it's 2 twin beds pushed together. So through the night someone is going to get lost when the beds separate. We would have to keep getting up to push the beds back together. Don't worry about sleeping in, housekeeping will make sure you are up Brite and early.

Don't stay here!
It was one of the worst stays we ever had at a hotel. We were woken up every morning at 7-8 by people screaming outside our door, it was the owners (and their friends?) with their dogs having coffee and having breakfast and talking extremely loud just a few meters from our bed, possibly also guests. I am wearing earplugs, but I could still hear everything. The bathroom was a nightmare, the shower wasnt working properly (it was very cold then very hot then cold again - a torture to take a shower) and the hair dryer was super lame (not strong enough and stopping after a few minutes of use because of overheating), the wifi wasnt working (it kept logging us out, so we couldnt use it), the location wasnt ideal either as it was pretty far from the main attractions.
We complained and then they wouldnt even give us a late check out the day after so that we can have some rest. We told them we were there for a wedding and are not going to bed at 11 so that waking up at 7 is ok. And that we are on holidays and not 20 and need a rest and a proper night sleep, this is the only reason why you have a hotel when on holidays to sleep there. If you cant sleep there what s the point?!
On top they said to booking we didnt show up right after we complained so that we couldnt give a bad review there. Very dodgy behaviour if you ask me.

Good B&B
Stayed here for a short visit to Rome. Personally not a fan of Rome because it is so dirty. But the B&B was nice enough - albeit very small rooms. Centrally located near the Vatican - can also get taxis easily. Basic breakfast provided each morning. Hosts were lovely
