Great value for money

The overall experience was great. I highly recommend a stay here if you are looking for a nice B&B. The staff was very nice, hospitable and helpful. The room was very clean and we had everything we needed. The breakfast was filling enough(the fresh fruits and yogurts were delicious). The location is within walking distance of the termini station and for public transportation within Rome you have a metro station at 200 m. The B&B is located in the immigrants area of Rome but it is very peaceful and safe. We had absolutely no problems and sometimes we came back late at night.

Creepy but "Ok"

We stayed for one night. I had initially booked for 2 nights but had a change in plans and informed them prior to arriving but they sent an email stating that it would be impossible to change my booking. The room was very clean and equipped with a fridge and a simple breakfast. The hostess seemed nice and was very thorough with the explanations of the place. The place is under very "high surveillance" and monitored very closely. Its well located to the train and attractions in a multi-ethnic neighborhood which can be very busy during the day. Overall, the old building felt very creepy and I was happy I was only there for one night. I would not recommend or return.

Perfect for attractions

Was a lovely place to stay.very old style and the owners were lovely.was very clean and had clean towels daily.you had fresh fruit and croissants for breakfast also yogurt in the fridge.also tea and coffe making facilities and they made sure this was kept full also.you are a 10 min walk from the colosseum ..not a boring walk as plenty of shops on the way.the area is a local area and not so much a tourist area which we preferred.everyone was friendly.

everytting was good

Me and my brother stayed here for 4 nights. very close to termini and colosseum (15 min. walk approximately). the room had a fridge and kettle. for breakfast, there were packed croissant, yoghurt and fruit everyday. wi-fi worked very well. Mrs. Bin was very kind. we had no problems during our stay and were pleased. and it is cheap.

Great Rome

Hotel basic but very clean and lady running it lovely and very helpful.Area is not the best but never any trouble night or day and some really good bars/restaurant's locally all attractions in walking distance for evan basic fitness levels.
