Wonderful discovery
Wonderful guesthouse in the heart of Rome. The owner Fausta is continuously offering assistance from your check-in to your checkout. The room I booked was spacious with a lovely terrace, and the king-size bed was extremely comfortable. There is also a lovely little shared kitchen with some fresh and delicious daily bakeries generously offered by Fausta. This little oasis of peace is located in the delightful district of Trastevere, in the heart of Rome, walking distance from the main attractions. I slept extremely well as it was very quiet during the night. You will also find some excellent shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion inside the room. The hair dryer is last generation. Basically, a five star experience, nothing was missing and I wouldn’t change anytime about it. A big thank you to Fausta for this wonderful discovery!

This property cancelled our booking 4 days prior to travelling to Rome. A month later, we have yet to receive a refund. Possible scam, tread carefully.

Terrible service. Giuseppe cancelled my booking 3 days before our stay, without even notifying me, and of course he kept the 428 euros. Very disappointing. I had to book another place for 700 euros. Crooky and scammy...

Excellent solution in Trastevere
I stayed one night in this property which has 4-5 rooms. Access takes place autonomously with a system of codes and keys. The location is perfect for visiting Trastevere and the center of Rome. The rooms are large and comfortable, the noise of external traffic is well shielded by the windows. Well equipped and functional bathroom. In the room there is a well-stocked minibar and the necessary for coffee/tea. Breakfast is not provided, but you can have it in a nice cafe 2 minutes walk away. The host also proved to be very helpful regarding checkout times. Solution with a very convenient price/service ratio compared to prices in Rome.

Gorgeous stay!
Strategic location 2 steps from the best restaurants in the city.
I had read in some reviews that due to the traffic the rooms were affected by the noise of the cars, in reality I must absolutely say the opposite, the room was perfectly soundproofed and there were no acoustic problems.
The room was very clean (most importantly) and very very well kept.
They also made us find some niceties such as chocolate for each guest.
The bathroom provided everything you needed: shower and bath shampoo, toothbrush with toothpaste, make-up remover pad, cotton swab, shower cap and disposable razor blade... everything perfect.
In the room there was also a coffee machine with 2 pods supplied and 2 free biscuits.
The minibar even provided free water (which is very rare to find in other facilities).
If I have to nitpick I would say that the room temperature could not be adjusted and during the night we suffered a little too much heat, always much appreciated but perhaps a little excessive during the night.
Another thing that I have to mention and unfortunately confirm, having also read other reviews, is opening the door which is really difficult. They told us that since the lock was changed it has not been possible to open it well and it is absolutely true, I invite you to solve the problem so that there can be no further complaints.
Other than that I highly recommend this property, I would go back a thousand times!!
A note of appreciation also to Veronica who was very nice and available to let us drop off and pick up our luggage as we wanted in total autonomy.
