Ci rivedremo!
Struttura accogliente e pulita con mobili moderni. Posizione comoda, a 10 min a piedi da metro e bus, Colosseo raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti!
Devo fare i complimenti a Massimiliano, davvero gentile e premuroso nei confronti del cliente!

STAY AWAY!
I am writing about a very unpleasant experience my pregnant wife and I had through "booking.com.
We had back in January booked a hotel at the above address. We were quickly confirmed through your app.
From home we had set an estimated arrival to the “hotel” between 21:00 - 22:00 - it is noted on the booking confirmation on the app that there is an arrival between 15:00 - 23:30.
We end up changing the arrival time to between 22:00 and 23:00... as our gps also showed 3 km in the wrong direction. Change of time will be confirmed in the app.
We arrive at the “hotel” around 22:20... since we have arrived we can not get into the room itself. We provide to contact the owner on both SMS and calls as well as WhatsApp SMS and calls. - no answer!
I contact booking.com's hotline. The first time I get a hotline, a lady says she wants to contact the owner and get him to lock the door from home (via the app, she says). I tell her that we have tried to contact the owner and that is almost impossible. She then says that she has contact with the owner but does not understand Italian. We get the door unlocked within 45 minutes and we just have to wait.
I'm sure it won't lead to anything so I ask her to confirm this by email. She promises to send confirmation by email and if nothing has happened within 45 minutes I will call again...
We wait and wait and nothing happens.... Around 22:30 I try again to change the arrival time.. now to between 23:00 and 00:00 in the hope that the door might open automatically at 23:00 then? Again, will this change of time be confirmed inside the app?
Nothing happens and your contacts again your hotline.. this time a new employee.. I explain everything again and she tells like the other that she will contact the owner.... After about 25 minutes of calling and the last minutes on hold, the tube is smoked on.
I'm calling the hotline and now I have a third employee. Now she says so is our stay is canceled because we did not meet up to the agreed time for arrival. I explain her the whole situation and she then promises to find another hotel for us as well as arrange for refund of the current. My pregnant wife is now getting completely cold... she has laid on cold floor and waited for almost 3 hours. We are now at about 10. Time without food, drink and toilet.
I ask the employee to confirm the above regarding new hotel and refund by email. She promises to do this... we wait another more than an hour and have to conclude that there's nothing coming in the mail. We feel deceived. We had to go out and look in the middle of the night for another hotel that could accommodate us for overnight stay... I wrote to you several times before without answer.

Me faltaba dinero cuando volví a España.
Cuando volví a España vi que me FALTABAN 200€ QUE TENIA EN LA MALETA. Sé que la limpiadora miro mi maleta porque ORDENO Y DOBLO MI ROPA (raro), y el último día cuando nosotros estábamos dando el último paseo antes de dejar la habitacion, ellos entraron (lo sabemos porque cambiaron de sitio unas tazas y abrieron la ventana) raro también porque no esperaron a que dejáramos la habitación y ya limpiar ellos. Y nosotros entramos, cogimos las maletas y nos fuimos porque teníamos prisa. En España vi que ME FALTABA ESE DINERO. Fatal la verdad.

location de misère
c est une location horrible trop de bruit de voisinage. odeur des égouts trop loin du centre personnel fantômes la chambre se trouve au s/solje regret le jour où j ai mis les pieds dans cette location je ne conseillrai a personne cette adress je galère vivement de rentrer chez moi

Ideale per week end a Roma
A dieci minuti a piede dalle Terme di Caracalla il Rent rooms Colosseum offre camere pulite e da poco rinnovate. Perfetto per un paio di giorni nella città eterna! Se siete a piedi diffidate dalle indicazioni di Google maps perché insisterà per farvi passare da un ospedale militare con altissimo cancello invalicabile abbiamo fatto la segnalazione quindi è probabile che adesso le indicazioni siano corrette
