Excellent break in Rome location

Excellent location,
Rooms simple/basic clean and value for money size adaqt for us as a couple , staff fantastic couldn't be more helpful x we njoyed everymoment and walked our legs off ❤️

Good location, rude people, very bad room

Even before entering the hotel we were received in an extremely rude way by two employees. Ironic and rude. We left the bags in a warehouse. The room was quite far away, we had to walk with our bags in the middle of the avenue. In the room, many lamps not working. Smell of dirty rash in the bathroom. At least the bed was good.

A nightmare

The property does not correspond to the photos shown on the various sites: booking, agoda, TripAdvisor.
The rooms are in very bad condition, they leave you a piece of paper attached to the front door, which is not the one in the picture, where there is a phone number that no one answers.
Dirty room, broken doors,
Burned hair dryer, no hot water, used stra bed, mold in the shower between joints, taps full of limestone, clogged drain.
Check in takes place in another property in via Crispi, maybe the photos are of this property, and when you point out that the property is badly damaged and does not correspond to what you buy in the photos, they reply that the fault is agoda, booking, TripAdvisor and that if we do not like it we must turn to them for a refund. I hope someone will go and check it out and do something, because it was really a nightmare, especially with the small child.

MALA FÈ - The hotel does not mention anywhere that it HAS NO SCENERY. All floors are accessed only by STAIRCASE !!!

Somewhere you should warn a very important detail , and that is that the accommodation DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR , and in the case that you are assigned a room on the 3rd floor there is no other possible access other than climbing the THREE FLOORS (endless ) DOWN THE STAIRS !!!!! . It is unacceptable that this is NOT INDICATED ANYWHERE, even on the accommodation website itself, which is still too suspicious an omission. The lack of such notice cannot be justified in any way, since for passengers who are elderly, or have health problems, or limited mobility, this is an absolutely CONDITIONAL and DETERMINING factor in choosing whether or not to hire. The failure to give this kind of warning, I don't think is coincidental, and.., on the contrary.., this fiction seemed to be an act of bad faith, akin to a HOAX, a FRAUD, or a SCAM!!!

I would not recommend this property to anyone based on my experience. Upon arrival, the check-in process was confusing and lacked organization. There was no staff available to properly greet guests or handle questions, which immediately raised concerns about safety and support. The keys were left unattended and the process did not feel secure. Once inside the room, the condition was far below expectations. The space was visibly unclean and there were roaches present, which made it extremely difficult to feel comfortable. The presence of pests is unacceptable in any lodging environment, as it creates both a sanitary and safety concern.
Beyond that, the general upkeep of the property appeared neglected. Surfaces were not properly cleaned, and there was no evidence of regular maintenance or care. When issues arose, there was no one on-site to provide assistance or resolution. A basic level of hospitality was missing throughout the stay. Travelers rely on properties listed through platforms like Expedia to meet minimum standards of cleanliness, security, and professionalism, and unfortunately, this property did not meet those standards in any way.
Overall, the combination of poor check-in procedures, lack of staff presence, unsanitary room conditions, and roach infestation made this stay extremely unpleasant. I hope this review helps future travelers make an informed decision, as I would strongly encourage considering alternative accommodations.
