Excellent location, great value! A+

- Centrally located in a nice building, on main boulevard, a few minutes away from Lepanto metro station and on foot distance from main attractions in Rome;
- no keys needed, access codes for building and property (4th floor) - elevator present;
- excellent Email and WhatsApp communication with host, no direct contact needed;
- daily cleaning at 10:30;
- self breakfast - tea, milk, coffee, cheese, butter, cereals, yogurt etc;
- access to fridge, coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven and a gas cooker (no pots);
- everything is extremely clean, in good condition and quality items;
- you can leave your luggage at the property if you arrive early and start visiting Rome or, in the last day, if you depart late;
- bring your own slippers, the floor is cold in spring, covered in some sort of marble;
- consider a 3,5 euros tourist tax per day/ per person.

Quiet, friendly, close to Vatican

Welcoming hosts, clean, quiet, in the "Paris" end of Rome near the Vatican. Everything provided as one would see at a well run B & B. Located on the 4th floor with a quaint lift.
Being a close walk to the Vatican is fabulous while that makes the other Rome sites a good long walk away. Either a lovely walk or take the nearby metro trains.

Great place!

We spent 1 night at this hotel. The owner was very friendly and kind. Both room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was comfortable and everything that you might need was available in the room. Location is ideal, 10-15 min walk from Castel Sant Angelo and Vatican. Downstairs is a busy road with shops and cafes. Would definitely stay there again!

Ideal location for Rome trip

Perfect location for visiting Rome. Large Roman apartment redecorated to apartments. Pleasant owner. Everything needed in the room. Common kitchen equipped also for cooking. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.

A wonderful stay

Just spent 4 nights here on a wonderful break with husband and can't fault it. We were met by the owner who was friendly and very helpful. He showed us round and gave a map of Rome on which he'd marked local restaurants and ice cream parlours that he recommended.
The B&B is an excellent location, near Vatican City but you can easily walk to everything or catch the Metro just up the road.
Don't think of this as a British B&B after being given our keys we never saw the owner again but did meet his mama and papa. This is three en-suite rooms located round a central kitchen/dining area. Our room, Aventino, was spotlessly clean and was cleaned daily. The air conditioning was a godsend as exploring for 8 1/2 each day in the 30 degree heat of early June meant we certainly needed a cool down. Breakfast is a help yourself affair ( we didn't mind this at all) and consisted of: cornflakes, toast, jams, yoghurts, bananas, water, fruit juice, coffee (1 capsule each) and mama's home cake which was delicious.
When visiting Rome we will certainly stay here again, we had a fantastic time.
