Beautiful location, atmosphere of peace and customer care
I stayed for three nights at this property where I found myself very well. The location is beautiful and well maintained, the staff is attentive to the attention of the customer, and all around reigns a pleasant atmosphere of peace. I also ate one evening for dinner and was definitely satisfied. Thanks to the kind Paola for the wonderful Welcoming.

Beautiful place but little attention to the customer
I went to this restaurant for a communion where about 30 people were invited, and unfortunately the experience did not live up to expectations that were high as I knew the location was beautiful.
The first negative point concerns the location: the restaurant is located in a rather isolated area, difficult to reach and little signposted, which has created discomfort for several guests to find it.
Arrived at the villa a Hostess on the entrance forecourt as if she were a traffic warden indicated to guests the place where the event takes place without accompanying them inside the room.
The first courses served were far too spicy, enough to cover the natural flavors of the ingredients. This type of culinary choice, if not well balanced, risks not meeting everyone's tastes, especially in an event where there are children and elderly people.
Another disappointing aspect was the service, the only waitress who served us was attentive and kind, but often went away to clear or bring new dishes. For the amount paid I would have expected that there would always be a person in the room to follow the different needs, in fact we had to solicit the poor only waitress for the supply of drinks and bread. Only on the second course another waiter came to help but I had the feeling that he had arrived to speed up the timing of lunch as if at some point we had to leave, to give way to the preparation of another event.
Finally, what left most bitter was the total lack of the cake moment, expected by everyone as a central part of the party. The communion cake was served in the garden like the other desserts that were on the table. I would have expected a separate table where I could celebrate the baby maybe with a nice toast.
Too bad, because a special occasion such as communion would deserve a different kind of treatment. I hope the restaurant can take these aspects into consideration to improve the experience of future customers.

Bad adventure
Up until 3.30 in the morning due to a group of drunkards at the edge of the swimming pool, there was no connection from the rooms to call 112, non-existent surveillance, I was afraid for the family. Place abandoned by everything and everyone.

Nice hotel but it was not clean and did not smell fresh.
Stayed here for 1 night as part of a group trip. The hotel is an hour from Rome, remote and on an unlit and difficult route on the last part. We did not have dinner here, but if you wanted to leave in the evening you would always have to take that route by car, which is something to take into account. Breakfast was good. The hotel looked nice. Unfortunately we had rooms at the back in a lower building and it smelled terribly of sewage. It was also not clean in the room and the bathroom.

Great location but problem with theft. (en ingles y español)
I stayed at this hotel for around 4 nights last month with a “school group” on an international trip. I stayed in a “3 person” room that seemed to be more of a 2 person room…with a pull out bed (not a problem, but it led me to believe that some elements of our stay lacked in quality simply because we were on a school trip-even for the adult chaperones). And while I LOVED being able to stay in a secluded, quiet corner of the countryside (with an easy distance to Rome), there was a problem with animals barking/crowing throughout the night as well as bugs (and cats!) finding their way into our rooms. Also, the food offered at the hotel was...extremely disappointing. The breakfast did fine (can't go wrong with baked goods and coffee), but the dinner served to our school group was very unseasoned and tasteless, but this could be because we were such a large group on a trip-like with the roll-out beds. Additionally, there was a bit of a problem with the room being dirty from the last customer's as well as poor plumbing (in the shower) and the lock on the door not always working...but these were minor issues.
Lastly, and most concerning, there was a bit of an issue with theft, which is why I rated this hotel so low. Multiple members of our group noticed that when we left our rooms in the morning and had our things placed a specific way, our things were moved around and almost looked "rummaged through" without our rooms having been cleaned at all (beds still unmade, clothes scattered where they weren't originally, floor still dirty). We'd already heard that this hotel had issues with "sticky fingers", so we decided to keep our valuables on us during the day. We also photographed the position of our room when we left fo the day and came back to find the room in different positions (ex; my roommate's clothing was moved from on her suitcase to on-top of my bed, unfolded.) At the end, I don’t think any of our things were stolen but it was still jarring and disappointing because the owners seemed very kind, and well as the location being beautiful.
Of course, take all of this review with a grain of salt. There were still plenty of benefits of the hotel and many aspects I believe lacked quality simply because we arrived as a school group (which seemed to happen at other hotels on our trip as well).

Prefacio: Dormí en este hotel por 4 noches en marzo con un grupo de escuela para un viaje internacional. Dormí en una cuarto por 3 personas que, en realidad, era un cuarto para 2 personas con un otra más pequeña cama (no una problema, pero le me llevó a creer que partos del hotel era sin mejor porque somos parte de un viaje de escuela-aun para acompañantes adultos). Y cuando me encantaba la parte del pais, que era silenciosa (y cerca de Roma), hay un problema con animales pesimas (perros, gallos) en la noche y bichos/gatos en los cuartos. También, el comido en el hotel era…decepcionante. Desayuno estaba bien (no pueden equivocarse con tortas y café), pero la cena para nuestra grupo era llano y sin sabor-pero esta podría ser porque somos un grupo grande. También, hay un problema con el cuarto estando sucio y la plomería pobre y la cerradura no trabajando…pero estos son asuntos menores.
El asunto más grande era el robo, y es porque yo clasificar este hotel más abajo. Cuando nosotros salimos de nuestros cuarto en el día con las cosas en posiciones particulares, estamos conmovidos cuando volvemos en la noche a un cuarto differente pero no más limpio. Nosotros llevamos nuestros objetos de valor con la dia y la fotografía en el cuarto cuando salimos en la mañana, y volver a una cuarto con nuestras cosas en posiciones diferentes (ex; mi amiga 's ropas de su maleta era en mi cama!). Las cosas no eran robos (yo pienso) pero era estresante porque los dueños eran simpáticos y la tierra hermosa.
Por supuesto, debe ser con una gran de sal. Hay muchos partes do hotel que son phenomenal and muchas partes malos que yo pensó ocurrir solo por grupos grandes (que es la verdad por muchas hoteles)
