Spacious clean accommodation in a nice area of Rome. Plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes nearby.

Understand what this hotel is. It is a good place to sleep, and you can check-in anytime because everything is virtual and entry is controlled through your cell phone. It was a different experience, but pretty easy. As far as the hotel itself, you get what you pay for. The location was convenient for our purposes on our last 2 nights in Italy when we just needed a place to sleep. The bed was average, the pillows were really thin which is good for a stomach-sleeper but not so much for a side-sleeper like me. Free coffee in the morning, but not many cups in the common area. There is no temperature control in the room, which surprised me for a more modern style room. The faucet dripped all night, so we had to close the bathroom door because the room is very small. I'll state this delicately... the toilet was a typical toilet you find in Italy, except it was quite shallow in the front, so for men, you have to sit way back and hold stuff up so it doesn't... you know.

Clean, good location, nice amenities. Not a staffed hotel though, so read your email to be prepared for the remote check in proccess. Their customer service was good though, I neglected to read the details and came in late. The customer service line was helpful and got me checked in remotely, it would have been better if I would have read the fine print and completed the steps before my arrival.

The place is great; however, I would like to share a few things to consider for future guests:
1.The room looks clean, but there was a spiderweb on the ceiling above the window.
2.There was no shower gel. I’m glad I always bring one just in case.
3.Regarding the sofa bed, I had to remove the cover. Finding sheets underneath gave the impression that it might not be clean. I’m not sure whether previous guests used it for sleeping or just for sitting.
4.The light sensors: at night, leaving the room without lights is uncomfortable. They only turn on when you turn right in the hallway, so I’m not sure if the sensors for this particular hallway are not working properly.

Without a doubt one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel location is perfect with great restaurants around it. The staff are incredible and very accommodating. When I come back to visit again I will most definitely be using this hotel. Absolutely faultless from start to finish.
