A pleasant vacation, with an exceptional staff.
We were welcomed right away with extreme courtesy and availability by Cristina and Silvia. The room, very spacious and equipped with a balcony (we were five), was impeccably clean and the staff always showed attention to our needs.
The spa, while being small, is functional, well-kept, and very relaxing.
However, the true strength of the hotel is the cuisine: as lovers of good food, we wish to highlight the skill of the chef, as well as the friendliness and courtesy of Luca and Amadù, who are always ready to accommodate us. A commendation also goes to the maître d'hôtel, who is professional, attentive, and always present.
It would have been a five-star experience if it weren't for an incident that occurred shortly after our arrival. In the dining room on the terrace, a guest with a large dog without a muzzle was seated. While I am an animal lover, I believe that their presence during meals should be managed with particular care, respecting all guests. Furthermore, from a hygiene and health perspective, the presence of animals in areas designated for meal service can be considered inappropriate. Having stayed in numerous establishments, this is the first time I have encountered a situation like this.
Beyond this aspect, the overall judgment of the stay remains very positive. We thank all the staff for their professionalism and the attention received, and we hope to return again in the future.

A nice surprise.
With a Smart box experience, we must say we were impressed from the very beginning by the courtesy and availability during the booking process.
The reception staff and the dining staff are truly nice and welcoming.
We were served and advised by the maitre.
Simple, fresh, and truly good dishes.

Modest rooms, far from the center
Breakfast in a room overlooking the street, with crowded tables, both indoors and outdoors. Limited selection of savory items, modest selection of sweet items, no local products. Very slow elevator and grimly dark. Outdoor pool. Paid Spa (€20 for 3 hours) by reservation only. In conclusion, a hotel that would be rated 3 stars, which has probably been assigned a fourth star due to the presence of the restaurant and the Spa.
