A place to return to
We spent a beautiful vacation, a thank you to the entire staff, people who always welcome you with a smile and kindness, our suite was impeccable, sea view, staff very fast at making up the room, always clean and fragrant, and above all never a grain of sand under our feet. The cuisine was fabulous, abundant buffet from breakfast to dinner, dishes to choose from that were finger-licking good. Huge beach, umbrellas well-spaced where the kids can play without bothering the neighbors, it should be noted that you just have to go down three steps from the hotel and you are literally with your feet on the sand. Excellent children's service, from the crib to the high chair with cutlery and coloring supplies to pass the time, and you can have a menu dedicated to their tastes; plus, before bedtime, I would have the bar prepare a bottle of warm milk, top!! We also used the bicycle service, kept very well with a child seat for our daughter who loved getting on them. I highly recommend it and we will definitely return for the coming years. Thank you truly from the heart for welcoming us.

Wonderful hotel
Wonderful hotel, perfect food. For the 12th year that we have been there, we had a great time. Super and friendly owners who accommodate any need. Cleaning staff super kind and skilled. Top chef, super food and well chosen. Close to the beach and the manager is also super helpful. Rivabella is a guarantee like the Caesar Paladium. Highly recommended and views of the sea and beach from the room.

If we came back a second time, there is a reason...
For the second consecutive year we chose the Hotel Caesar Paladium and we can say with certainty that it is now our point of reference in Rivabella!
Every time we return we truly feel at home. The credit goes above all to Paola and Giampaolo, two extraordinary people who put their heart into what they do. Their welcome, availability, and attention to every guest make the stay special from the very first moment.
The hotel is in a perfect location, directly on the sea, the rooms are always impeccable, and the cuisine is truly exceptional: every meal is a pleasant surprise, with dishes prepared with care and quality ingredients.
A heartfelt thank you also to the entire staff, always smiling, kind, and professional. It is rare to find an environment where you feel so pampered and welcomed.

A very good week
We just spent a week's vacation with the family at the Paladium.
Very new and modern facility, welcoming and very bright, especially the main dining room, which overlooks the beach and enjoys incredible light from morning to night.
Incredible fourth-floor terrace.
Very friendly, attentive, and kind staff.
Very kind to children as well, always available.
Excellent room, excellent daily cleaning.
The only note, it was written on the website that the bed sheets were changed on the third day, but that was not the case; comparing notes with other guests, they experienced the same thing, no big deal, but a refresh mid-week would not have been bad at all. On the other hand, towels were changed every day.
Dining room staff very young, cute, and kind.
Megghi from the entertainment team is very cute and helpful, but this service should be intensified a bit. Little entertainment for children.
These are just small flaws that do not affect the quality of the service, but I hope they are taken as constructive criticism.
I would return, and it is a property I recommend.
