Terrible experience

Horrible experience, nonexistent cleanliness, rooms delivered without being cleaned, used sheets, and toilet paper on the floor. Awful welcome, rude receptionist, we found hair in the food and glasses, inedible food. A horrible experience in this hotel, we will not return.

Terrible.

We stayed at this hotel with an organized soccer group for a tournament! An experience to forget! Starting with the lady at the reception, I have never seen such a rude and uncouth person! Then, not to mention the lack of hygiene from the cleaning of the rooms to that of the kitchen! We all returned home with blisters due to the presence of mites, not to mention the hair on our faces and the parchment paper on the meat served cold! We will never return, not even for free! This establishment should close permanently! Disappointment all around!

Welcome to hell

I stayed with three friends for the weekend, pets are not allowed and yet the owner of the hotel who stayed next to my room on the 1st floor, had 3 (imagine the concert).
At 7am on Saturday morning she had the brilliant idea of calling the hairdresser because her daughter had communion (without having the decency to be put on a floor where she did not bother the customers who PAY to stay there).
After several complaints I was told that “I could pack my bags and leave”
They asked the cleaning lady (who was cleaning the rooms) to make me a cappuccino, she didn't even wash her hands!
The hotel owner takes the croissants prepared for breakfast (where everyone puts their hands to get food) holding the dog!
A Roma camp for sure is more organized, clean and welcoming.
