Relaxing family vacation

Simple and clean hotel. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with homemade and quality products. Owners are always kind and available. Highly recommended.

Mini holiday from 3 to 7 September 2025

We stayed in this small family-run hotel for five days.
Time flew by in a flash.
Staff nothing short of welcoming, kind, helpful, with the owner Katia always very hospitable and his daughter Ilaria always smiling.
The dishes in the kitchen are delicious.
A few steps from Viale Dante, the long shopping street and 300 meters from the beach.
Ideal place to recharge batteries.
Also beautiful to have lunch on the terrace overlooking the pines.

Quality/price at top levels!

If you are looking for the luxury of 4-5 stars, it is not for you. But if you are looking for a simple, well-kept and functional structure it is perfect! Family run, courtesy and helpfulness of the staff are at super top levels!!! Very nice little pool. Comfortable bikes available. For the kitchen, simple but cared for and genuine, you need a dedicated post (you eat benissssimo!!!!!). In a quiet location, away from the chaos of the summer evenings of Riccione, in 7 minutes walk you are in full nightlife and in less than 10 with your feet in the Adriatic. Great value for money!

Wonderful weekend

Excellent value for money ..c we found ourselves quite well in this structure .. we also brought with us our 4-legged puppy of almost a year .. eat great that we highly recommend .. the rooms are clean .. the only flaw (if I really have to be fussy) is that there are no sockets next to the bedside table to recharge the phone .. the rest everything perfect ...

A sweet jewel

It's always a pleasure to return even just for two nights. Owner and service excellent, the room always clean. Very nice breakfast area with good choices. A pool that I'll for sure try next time becaus I'll be back :)
