Excellent experience!
We stayed at the Hotel Nettunia for 3 days and the experience was truly very positive. Its location is excellent, just a few meters from the beach, ideal for those who want to go to the sea without taking the car. We had a double room on the third floor with a sea view: spectacular view, especially at sunset, and a very relaxing atmosphere for those who want to unplug for a few days.
5 stars for the room as well: very clean, spacious, and well air-conditioned. We also really appreciated the balcony with small armchairs to be able to breathe some fresh air in the evening.
The staff was always friendly and helpful: very kind and quick at the reception for check-in and check-out, and just as friendly and kind at the restaurant, ready to accommodate any request.
The breakfast was varied and abundant, with many fresh products, fruit, and both sweet and savory foods. The restaurant's cuisine was also excellent, which we relied on for our dinners: fresh fish and always cooked just right!
We will definitely return for a few more days of pure relaxation!

Disappointing experience and not 4-star quality!
I am sorry to have to write this review, but unfortunately, this cannot be a 4-star hotel... starting with the property, which is not the best, not to mention that we suffered a lot from the heat; having dinner and sweating on vacation had never happened to me before. In the rooms, the air conditioning works but is very low and noisy; luckily for us, we only stayed one night. The only positive thing about the room was the terrace, which had a sea view!
NB: there are many steps inside and at the entrance that are impractical and inconvenient to navigate with a stroller.

Approved. With top marks! Highly recommended
Kind and very helpful staff. Excellent service quality. The still and sparkling water, fresh in the (well-kept) room upon arrival, was much appreciated. Dinner: high quality (pardon the repetition) of the dishes offered, both seafood and meat. Breakfast: wide and varied selection, both the sweet and savory options. Professional and competent staff in the dining room and at the reception. Hotel highly recommended a stone's throw from the sea.

A pleasant surprise
We stayed at this hotel for a sports event. After reading the reviews from previous years, I was about to give up on the reservation, but then I read a more recent and very positive one, so I booked because I realized that something had changed... and I was right! The staff was very kind, available, and friendly! We had half board, so we tried and enjoyed the chef's specialties; the dishes were delicious from appetizers to desserts. Rich breakfasts with highly appreciated homemade pastries. The only downside was the mattress that needs to be replaced. What can I say, thank you for the wonderful stay!

I expected better.
Unfortunately structure a bit 'too old and to be renovated, old systems and beds, air conditioning not functional, little soundproofed rooms.
Too bad, from a 4-star I expected better.
