Very beautiful experience
Excellent experience from every point of view. Clean and comfortable rooms, pleasant environment, and extremely professional and courteous staff. The attention to guests makes the stay even more special. Highly recommended for those looking for quality, tranquility, and impeccable hospitality

Perfect stay
I stayed at the Hotel Vista Mare in July 2026, a beautiful beachfront location.
The girls at the reception were very kind and lovely
Environment always very clean
Excellent breakfast, both sweet and savory
Lots of choices, the cakes were delicious
Very professional and helpful staff
Lunch and dinner, a different menu every day
Rooms always clean and tidy every morning

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!
I wrote the details directly to the Hotel.
At the reception, Ms. Lorenza, with a stern manner, asks us for the balance of the bill before even having seen the room. In fact, the room was so small that there was no space to move around, having to also place the oxygen tank there. I point out the problem to the manager, who has full decision-making power, and our room is changed to a sea-view one (=larger) with an adjustment to the price. Too bad that after moving the luggage (without any help from the staff), while putting our things away, we find two pairs of dusty women's shoes in the closet. Evidently, the room had not been cleaned before being handed over. I point this out to the manager, and from there, a series of poor services (DOC wines only advertised, side dishes not replenished, two willing but too busy waiters, non-existent air conditioning, bar consumption paid in cash, etc.). I won't go any further. The rating should be one, but I feel sorry for the service staff. I had asked to be able to speak with the owner to highlight everything, but it was not possible for me because I was struck by dyspnea at the moment of leaving.

il saldo del soggiorno anticipato viene richiesto a tutti i nostri Ospiti come regolamento interno ed anticipato altresì nella mail di conferma della prenotazione.
La camera assegnata era esattamente quella che ha richiesto nonostante le erano state proposte altre tipologie.
Sulla questione del vino le abbiamo riservato un trattamento di favore e per la pulizia della camera ci siamo scusati ponendo subito rimedio andando io personalmente (Lorenza) a pulire con la cameriera delle camere.
Abbiamo cercato di porre rimedio ai suoi disappunti, ma evidentemente non siamo stati all'altezza delle sue aspettative. Ci dispiace.
