Surprisingly nice hotel with genuinely nice and helpful staff. Good sleep quality and good breakfast (except bread quality). We could borrow bikes to come around town which was nice. Beach crowded and expensive. Some nice restaurants in Rimini!

Too bad, disappointing this time.

Fourth time at this hotel, always had a good experience, kind staff, very clean rooms, good value for money, but this time a negative stay.
I book a double room for single use with two separate beds in case a friend joins, and I pay 400 euros online for two nights.
A friend joins, upon arrival by car we go up from the garage, pointing out the new situation, and I ask to pay the remainder.
First they tell me that they had assigned me a double room with a double bed (why? I had specifically booked two single beds) and that therefore they have to give me another room, one with beds that can be separated, then they make me pay 64 euros.
Ok... room clean as usual but a classic reserve room, first floor parking view, the air conditioning that makes noise like a 1990 Audi and broken bidet, detached from the wall, after the noise it made the first time I didn't sit down again.
I point out the situation but nothing changes. Oh well, two nights, patience I think.
At check out I pay for the two waters I drank and they ask me for another 71 euros.
Unclear communication, they say the tourist tax for one of the two (we had given two documents, why didn't they calculate it immediately??) and the garage, but they opened the gate for us themselves, they knew I was in the car.
I don't like arguing about money and I pay, but 530 euros for a room like that is a no, I'm sorry but next time I'll change hotels.
Reception staff, although kind, are young and distracted, which gives a feeling of being unprepared.
Another note, on a Saturday night in Rimini, the bar of a 4-star hotel closed at one o'clock is not acceptable; we took refuge in the hotel because of the rain and thought we would at least have a drink.
Patience, I will only return if I find something worse.

All good, but avoid half board.

Avoid half-board otherwise would recommend.
Staff helpful and friendly.
Breakfast decent, but not outstanding.
More clean than not.
Gym pretty good.

SUPER stay!!!

If I went back to Rimini, I would not stay in any other hotel except this one. Excellent structure from all points of view. All the staff ready to welcome and fulfill any request, always with great kindness, competence and attention. Bright, spacious rooms equipped with every comfort. Very good cleaning. Super breakfast. Structure that I highly recommend for any occasion, both business and leasure. Thank you for the wonderful experience and hospitality you offered me and all my guests who left excited to be here! Congratulations really and... hope to see you soon.
