Sweet memories...
I stayed with wife and three children. Beautiful apartment, modern, spacious, bright and complete with everything. Great courtesy and attention from the managers. Seafront, the sound of the waves and the view of the blue rocked us for the entire week. At the mere memory I want to return...

This time not good
Given that this is not the first time I have stayed at the del Prado, both on shore and at gun geraniums, and that until this last experience I have always been comfortable. The last one was at the three-room geranium apartment. The place had not been well cleaned the bathroom was just so smelly. We remedied it without asking for anything, merely reported at the end of the stay. The most unpleasant episode, however, came from the box that we generally take together with the apartment. A leak of water from the ceiling has created damage to the body of the car stains water cement for which it needs polishing by a bodywork. Reported there seemed to be a desire to repair the damage by opening the claim at the condominium insurance. In fact, however, despite the reminders, no action was taken. Very unserious. Too bad I had always found myself fine. Now I will look for an alternative.

Sea view
In the last year we have been to this residence several times. We always took the room with terrace, clean and comfortable with a nice sea view equipped with a table where you can comfortably eat. In August we took the attic room, uncomfortable without a locker where we could store food, we had to keep everything on the table, the dirty wall, not comfortable at all. At the time of booking it was written on the website that there would be a weekly change of sheets, there was no done, the explanation was that the change of sheets is the one made at check-in, that there is no other change. Being August the underground car park was always full, the parking lots very small and uncomfortable, are not assigned. Several times we were disturbed with arrogance by the young owner who from the sofa at home, without first going out to check, demanded that we go down to the pits to solve a problem that should not exist since parking spaces are not allocated. By the way, my husband went down and helped the Lady in difficulty to park (problem not created by him but by others) without receiving a thank you from anyone. Holidays are sacred and the guest should never be disturbed without more than valid reasons, especially at dinner time. We found another residence where you can be quieter with another breathtaking sea view. I recommend allocating parking spaces.

Started badly.... ended very well
After a hesitant start, but mishaps happen unfortunately, the staff has done everything to ensure that our 3 days of vacation went smoothly without problems.
Attic with small side sea view equipped with every comfort given to replace the room we booked that at the time presented a problem... I would say then soon solved

We only stayed one night unfortunately, wish we could have stayed longer. Very close to grocery store and many restaurants. Great apartment. Great view of the ocean.
