Grazie della recensione e mi scuso ancora per la camera di Villa Maria avete pienamente ragione ma come specificato al momento della prenotazione ho detto che avrei trovato una camera vicina al ristorante ma non di nostra proprietà.
Quando volete vi offriremo una notte nel nostro hotel per scusarci nuovamente del disguido.

A night to forget
I would start by talking about dinner: little choice, overcooked pasta and boiled fish and for dessert there was cooked fruit, fresh fruit or chocolate cake (I took the cake given the little choice and I can say that the one in the bags from the Cameo that I make it tastes better at home). All this in a 4 star hotel... I ate better in the hospital.
Later a party starts in the hotel bar, the owner tells us that it would go on until 1am but that after midnight they would turn down the music, and so far nothing to object other than that, going up to the room we realize that we are right above the bar and the rooms are not soundproof at all... we practically had the party in the room despite the windows being closed. I have a 7 month old baby so it wasn't easy, but I was patient until 3.30 in the morning: at this point I had to go down and ask people to leave because it was like having them in the room, you could hear word for word what they said, we hadn't slept a wink yet.
As if that wasn't enough, in the morning the owner's wife, after our complaints during the night, replied rudely that because of her we could even leave... how kind in this 4 star hotel.
We go to breakfast and then decide to leave and we ask the "lady" if there isn't a buffet and she, again rudely, replies that there isn't one because of Covid...perhaps the "lady" thinks that everyone is the customer idiots: we recently returned from Trentino and the buffet was there and, moreover, in the adjacent bar (also managed by the hotel) there was a buffet the previous evening. We go to the table and find yet another bad surprise: there is a basket with 4 rusks and 4 biscuits, all unwrapped, topped with 2 nice blowflies resting on top. But if there is no buffet due to Covid, why is there a basket with unpackaged things? I have never had an experience like this. All rejected, the 4 stars of this hotel are truly given away. To forget.

Come avrete notato non ho mai risposto a nessuna recensione ma a voi è d'obbligo.
Comincio a dire che la festa era organizzata da mesi e voi avendo prenotato tre giorni prima mi è stata data una risposta che sapendo che avevate una bimba di 7 mesi non avrei dovuto far feste (il padre) poi per voi visto che ho capito il tipo di clientela ho abbassato la musica a mezzanotte e chiuso la festa al una. Se poi essendo posizionati in piazza e qualche cliente è restato nei dintorni a parlare non posso fare niente se non chiamare i carabinieri ma per cosa dire?
Eravate al terzo piano, di 17 camere occupate l'unica lamentela è stata la vostra.
Potrei scrivere ancora molto ma concludo che mi trovate d'accordo sul " Siete letteralmente scappati" (senza pagare 1 euro).

Nice hotel with lovely views
The hotel itself is quite traditionally decorated and has dining areas, a bar and fusball table. Breakfast is nothing to rave about but fairly typical to Italy. It covers the basics though, cereal, croissants and coffee.
Staff are very helpful and managed a large group of people very well. This hotel is a good option for accommodation if you're wanting to spend a night in Roncola after enjoying the spectacular views.

Perfecto!
The standard of the hotel and its rooms is very tasteful and comfortable ... We went to Roncola to chill out away from the usual Christmas chaos. And we got exactly what we hoped for - tranquillity, relaxation and our own space ... The Hotel, family, location and stunning mountain environment ensured all our expectations were met and thoroughly exceeded.
We'll be back again and again ...
