Unexpected
Very surprising accommodation: from the Welcoming of the staff, courteous and friendly, to the rooms, clean, tidy and equipped with those comforts necessary for a quiet relaxation. Terrace with mountain views, an added value.

Disappointing experience in many aspects.
I had been to this facility several years ago, before the renovation of the exterior facade, and I had a completely different memory: a cozy room and a truly excellent breakfast, with quality local products. Unfortunately, this time the experience was very far from what I remembered.
Already from the reservation, air conditioning and a balcony were indicated, but upon our arrival we discovered that the air conditioning was not working and that the balcony was not present, despite being indicated.
The room on the fourth floor, with a sloped ceiling, was extremely hot to the point of being suffocating and had an obvious problem: with the windows closed, an unidentified airflow was activated, which we initially thought was the air conditioning. Only at the reception were we informed that it could not be turned on and that it was not activatable (by order until June 15). The grille from which this air was coming was also full of dust, a sign of poor maintenance.
Additionally, there were two unpackaged glasses above the toilet bowl, a detail that does not convey hygiene or attention to the care of the room.
The staff at the reception who welcomed us were kind and courteous, but they limited themselves to apologizing without proposing concrete solutions to the problems encountered. The only suggestion was a fan, which was insufficient for such a hot room. Shortly after, an employee, without showing herself, commented loudly that "it was enough to open the windows," a behavior that was unprofessional and out of place.
The following morning we found another inconvenience: the water from the sink was completely brown, making it impossible to use.
Even the breakfast, which in the past was one of the strong points of the hotel, turned out to be very disappointing: limited choice, not very fresh products, and no trace of those local offerings that I remembered fondly.
Overall, the facility needs more attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and the professionalism of the staff. A real shame, because years ago the experience had been decidedly better.

Friendly welcome, good breakfast. As a room is fine but a bit 'of flaws had them, as, there were no toothbrushes, there was no water in the minibar, as an ok location, all nice but you have to look at these small but essential things

Inoltre spazzolino, rasoio, ciabattine ecc ecc sono a suandispozione su richiesta sempre completamente gratuitamente
Mi scuso, come immagino, se il nostro staff di front office non le ha spiegato come dovrebbe tutte queste (e altre ) attenzioni che sempre abbiamo per i nostri ospiti.

This is the perfect hotel for couples traveling with a toddler! The breakfast is copious and they will make you anything that isn’t on the buffet; the room had a second bed, perfect for a kid; the backyard area had a play area; and it was located a short walk from the town center.
The staff was all kind and considerate and very friendly with our toddler! Would highly recommend!

It's not what it looks like!
We stayed in their residence. Studio apartment for 3 people. With a French bed and a single bed divided only by a wardrobe. Not even an electrical outlet by the bed. It didn't even look like the same apartment in the photos. Upon arrival they did not give us all the information. Often the Wi-Fi was turned off. From the sheet hanging in the room we learn that daily cleaning is included. From sheet hanging in the elevator you had to pay 15€ for cleaning. On the first night back at midnight we found the half-full garbage bag abandoned in the lobby next to the elevator. Never again!
