Grazie per questa recensione. Siamo davvero felici che il soggiorno sia stato di Suo gradimento e che abbia apprezzato sia la pulizia degli ambienti sia la qualità dei servizi offerti. Sapere che la cortesia e la simpatia del nostro staff hanno reso la Sua permanenza piacevole ci riempie di orgoglio e ci motiva a proseguire con questa dedizione. BREAKFAST IS ESSENTIAL
The hotel is very well maintained and the rooms are clean.
Despite an initial mix-up resolved by the girl at the reception, who was super kind by the way, everything was proceeding very well.
Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the room, perhaps outdated, kept turning on and off continuously.
throughout the night.
But up to this point, everything could still be acceptable; the discontent arrives in the breakfast room.
The first meal of the day is scarce and poorly served.
For a four-star hotel, there should be some more homemade fruit tarts instead of the tart served in small square pieces of 3/4 cm.
Hearing from the other guests, they seemed to be slices cut into small pieces even though we were at the beginning of breakfast at 7:30 AM, and the cakes should be served in slices.
Even the savory part is not good.
The coffee and cappuccino from the new electronic machines are undrinkable.
The lady was very diligent in ensuring that we all used these machines rather than going behind the counter to make some good coffee.
These machines are not worth it
compared to the traditional ones.

Ci rende felici sapere che abbia riscontrato una struttura ben tenuta e camere pulite, e che abbia apprezzato la gentilezza della ragazza alla reception nel risolvere prontamente il problema iniziale. Questo tipo di attenzione verso l'ospite è ciò che cerchiamo di garantire costantemente.
Siamo invece molto dispiaciuti per le criticità segnalate. Il malfunzionamento del climatizzatore è già stato preso in carico dal nostro reparto tecnico per una verifica approfondita, ma purtroppo la recensione è anonima e non ci consente di risalire alla stanza da lei occupata. Questo ci impedisce di intervenire in modo mirato per verificare e risolvere il problema tecnico segnalato.
Desideriamo inoltre fare chiarezza su alcuni punti riguardanti la colazione. Esiste una differenza tra le torte, servite tradizionalmente a fette e presenti in tre tipologie diverse, e le crostate, che sono fornite fresche da aziende della valle. Il nostro buffet prevede sempre prodotti freschi che porzioniamo quotidianamente, e i piccoli quadrati da lei descritti si riferiscono nello specifico alla crostata, una scelta legata alla migliore gestione del servizio. I gusti personali rimangono indiscutibili, tuttavia il caffè delle nostre nuove macchine elettroniche riceve normalmente molti apprezzamenti da parte degli altri ospiti, pertanto riteniamo ingiusto definire questi macchinari privi di valore. Inoltre, il personale di sala si limita a eseguire le precise disposizioni impartite dalla direzione, di conseguenza non riteniamo corretto criticare il loro operato, svolto con dedizione.

Ringraziamo sinceramente per la splendida recensione e per aver apprezzato la nostra struttura. Ci fa molto piacere sapere che la posizione sia stata ideale per le vostre escursioni in Valle d’Aosta e che abbiate gradito la vicinanza al centro di Saint-Vincent. Il fatto che abbiate trovato accoglienza e cortesia da parte della proprietà e di tutto lo staff è per noi motivo di grande orgoglio: lavoriamo ogni giorno con passione per far sentire chi ci sceglie come a casa e sapere di esserci riusciti è il traguardo più importante. Speriamo di potervi ospitare nuovamente per un altro piacevole soggiorno tra le nostre montagne.

Highly recommended
We have been visiting this hotel for several years. We always found ourselves very well and even indulged on the choice of room. Last year, however, we had some problems with the breakfast buffet, during which you had the impression of being controlled. We returned and found not only an improvement in the rich and varied offer in excellent quality food, but an extraordinary kindness especially from the room manager. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay
Very nice staff. Really nice room - I like all the wood accents in the hotel. Very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with small but really good shower. Struggled with keeping hair dryer on. Fridge in room. English channels on TV (CNN, BBC). Wifi good. Another awesome hotel for breakfast - hot items plus large selection of continental items. Parked right outside hotel for free one night and in the free lot across the street the second night. The hotel has a garage too ($). Pleasant walk to St Vincent pedestrian zone on wide sidewalk. About a 40 minute drive to Cervinia ski resort. Highly recommend.
