Super... romantic relaxation!!!!
It 'was a real wonder to stay in this beautiful property but not only for the room and cleanliness but especially for the great availability and kindness of the staff. They were fantastic and allowed us to spend a relaxing and pleasant holiday. Highly recommended!!!!!

5 stars, not to detract from the structure, but to emphasize that it is a very small Hotel and almost seems to be guests in a luxury house, located in a very quiet pedestrian street and characteristic of the village of San Gemini.
The room was, however, very large, it was a junior suite, with a very large and scenic bathroom, with the most technological shower I have ever found in a hotel.
The outdoor garden with a view is really lovely, as is the veranda / bar attached. Very nice breakfast room, with a small but very well assorted buffet where nothing is really missing. Eggs prepared on request very welcome. There is also a small spa that we have not seen, being in the company of our little 2 year old. The restaurant is missing but this is not a problem at all because within a few steps of the hotel you will find several, all very good and characteristic and with a cuisine and value for money much higher than those normally found in a hotel of that category.
Friendly and professional staff. Finally, convenient free parking 30 meters from the hotel. Council for a very quiet stay in Umbria.

Beautiful affordable 5-star in this small medieval town.
At the very top of this small town with its narrow streets is this beautiful hotel. The welcome is super warm, the room is beautiful and the breakfast is custom prepared. As a restaurant, the restaurant opposite is touted: quite rightly so: beautiful local dishes accompanied by delicious (affordable) Montefalco wines.

Great stay
We throughly enjoyed our 2 night stay in Sangemini Place. The staff were very kind and attentive. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The outdoor spa and garden was a lovely place to relax in.

Romantic Anniversary
What about...WOW! I really don't know where to start! The place is gorgeous! Peace and quiet reign, ideal for a romantic and relaxing weekend to escape the daily routine. At this time the atmosphere is Christmas and we found the hotel decorated with all the crissms. This makes the atmosphere warm and welcoming, given the cold.
The room is equipped with all amenities, I slept a wonder. We took the executive room so we had a huge bathroom complete with Jacuzzi. We were greeted by a very kind girl who accompanied us to the room where she explained how everything works. On the bed we found the welcome letter where all the services of the structure were listed with also the timetable. We were made to find a complimentary bottle of red wine and delicious biscuits. Plus in the bathroom there was this box with everything you need, I really loved it! The shower products smelled great!
We used the spa the afternoon we arrived, so we left immediately with good relaxation, while the next morning we had an hour in the outdoor hot tub, located in the garden.
The breakfast is spectacular! There is everything from sweet products (made by them) to savory ones. In addition, you can order hot things like pancakes, as well as hot bar products like coffee and cappuccino.
I highly recommend it and hope to return soon because I was magnificently! The atmosphere and the cold that were outside, made everything more magical!
