Gorgeous winery visit and lunch!
My mom and I visit Fattoria Di Pancole for a wine tasting and lunch on the advice on our driver in April of 2026. It was an excellent recommendation! The property is gorgeous and Lorenzo was such a knowledgeable and charming host. We really enjoyed our wine (and the case that they shipped home to us arrived within the month!) and the lunch was fantastic! I would highly recommend a visit to our friends and family and it also looks like an amazing place to stay in the area - we hope to return to do that soon!

Would stay again!
My family of 4 (2 teenage boys) had a wonderful stay here. Il Cavaliere apartment is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The apartment has beautiful views with great/new air conditioning which we appreciated as we were there during a heat wave (highs in 93-98 degrees Fahrenheit). The kitchen is well equipped and we self-catered about half our meals to give us more time at the pool.
The host, Sandra, is warm and inviting. The location is convenient to Florence, Empoli, Siena and the Chianti region. We spent many hours at the beautiful pool after exploring the region on eMTBs, hiking, and by car.
The grounds and pool are impeccably maintained. The private patio and garden areas were perfect for relaxing.
The Fattoria Di Pancole's wine is very, very good and reasonably priced. My only regret was not budgeting enough time for one of their wine experiences/tasting. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Long weekend in San Gimignano
We spent a pleasant stay in early May. The location is immersed in the green Tuscan hills a few kilometers from San Gimignano. Perfect and discreet reception of Mrs. Sandra. The apartment (the Kite) was spacious and clean with stunning views from the terrace. Delicious breakfasts prepared by the wonderful Lady Donata, whose cakes really deserve to be tasted!

Great stay at Fattoria di Pancole
We had a great stay at Fattoria di Pancole. The view was amazing and the rooms were super cozy. The whole area is beautiful and there are some really good restaurants close by, so highly recommend trying those out - however there is no grocery stores nearby so would buy some food on beforehand.
Also - we made it without a car, we took a bus to San Gimignano (the bus drives by two times a day or so) and walked back home. Otherwise we just walked around the area. It worked fine but it would, as we were told repeatedly by others, have been easier with a car. Highly recommend the place and their wine!

Amazing stay in beautiful Tuscan countryside
Just outside of San Gimignano, in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, Fattoria di Pancole was the perfect base for our week long holiday.
We stayed in the apartment La Lepre, which consisted of a bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and pretty much every utensil/amenity you could possibly need.
And the views... well, they were absolutely breathtaking! From the small terrace outside the apartment, on which we enjoyed an early morning coffee, and a relaxing glass of wine on an evening, to the small garden area specific to each apartment, not to mention the lovely pool area, which we were lucky enough to have to ourselves most days of our stay.
Sandra and her family were lovely and really helpful, as were every single staff member we met. Providing us with recommendations on places to visit and even helping us to make dinner reservations at local restaurants.
During our stay, we tried 2 of the wineries' own red wines, and they were really, really good. We're only sorry that we didn't get chance to try them all, but on the plus side, it's a good reason for us to return... just one of many!!
My final comments have been saved for one of the main reasons that we chose the Fattoria di Pancole for our stay... Teo (apologies if that's spelt incorrectly). Who met us out of our hire car every day with a happily wagging tail and a smile that so reminded us of our own dogs and made us feel truly at home.
To sum up... this is an absolutely amazing place and we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
