FABULOUS

I am writing about the restaurant where I had lunch today. We had come to the beach and, seeing the view, we chose to have lunch here. What can I say: I would even give them 10 stars. Excellent cuisine, service from the first to the last of a quality superior to everything. The guys have a class, speed, and behavior suited to this modern, classy facility. Compliments. Next time I will come to stay at this resort. VERY GOOD.

Below expectations

Hotel not up to 5-star standards....very dated rooms with damaged furniture, very ugly sea (perhaps it was just those particular days) full of seaweed and dirt; for the price paid, I believe there are many superior hotels, we will certainly not return to this property.

A perfect week

Thanks to all the staff who work hard for guest satisfaction. Thank you for the warm welcome, the high quality of the food and the service. Thank you for the cleanliness, the cozy rooms, and the professionalism that only those who have worked for many years achieve successfully. We are on the ship heading back and we already miss the beautiful environment, the relaxation, and the friendliness and kindness of everyone. You are in our hearts. Lorella and Marco room 201.

Great retreat for mid-August, high service

Location top, services also: 4 swimming pools, towels always available at the beach, waiters everywhere very friendly and helpful, great meals, especially the mid-August dinner (TOP!) with show and music, in short, a 5-star holiday. The rooms are cozy and spacious even if some parts of the structure (walls, shutters, balconies) are a bit dated, slowly you should - while respecting the original idea - modernize a little. However we had a great time is a good refuge in the period of mid-August when in the rest of Italy there is the finimondo.

Another visit to paradise

We have had another unforgettable stay here at the Hermitage. It was really wonderful to see all the fantastic staff again. Leonardo, Paulo, Gigi, Mikele thank you so much your service in the restaurant! Liam, Fabio, Alessia, Andreas thank you for your fantastic cocktails! Maya our 4 year old daughter had the most fantastic time at the Mini Club she loved taking part in the mini show and learning to swim like a mermaid. Fabio, Georgia, Alexa, Ade thank you for looking after Maya! Sabria on reception thank you for your help with our reservation and for organising the beautiful birthday surprise for my partner it was really special for him. We were lucky enough to celebrate the big party on Saturday night and it as brilliant so much fun with a fantastic band! We have thoroughly enjoyed the extensive menu and wine list the food was excellent and caters for everyone! The stunning view from the restaurant is captivating and you can just sit for hours watching the sunset. It really is a magical place with magical people. Elba is absolutely beautiful. We love it so much we will be returning next year. See you in 2026!
