A little vacation .....
Everything was excellent! Because the property is small, it feels like a jewel box where you are pampered in every way , and the staff is always available and very kind, including the owner Liliana, of course.
Large, spacious, and very clean room, with a wooden floor that I love.
The breakfast is good, varied, with a fresh cake every day, and what I appreciated most is the table assigned to the room.
The indoor pool with various hydromassages is very much appreciated, as is the spa if you want to be pampered even more... a nice, well-kept lawn where you can relax.
Furthermore, there is a gym that is very much appreciated... in short, it is small, but with many surprises to relax and be pampered... a few km from Crissolo, Paesana, and Sanfront...

I used the services of the SPA, well equipped nothing is missing, 100% cleanliness, snacks and herbal teas available, Simone at the professional reception, kind and nice, good value for money... I will be back

Small but nice
Very small resort but very cozy and cute, with everything you need for a relaxing weekend. We had a really good time

They have not marked in the agenda the reservation
I waited about a week before writing a review, precisely because I was hoping for an apology call or otherwise a justification about what happened.
I think that writing a negative review is always an unpleasant moment for the user, because behind it there is a story of misunderstanding between two worlds: who offered (or at least should have offered) a Service and who receives (or at least should have).
Two Saturdays ago, my husband calls the Wellness Center of the structure to be able to book for my birthday an afternoon slot for Sunday, October 12 (2.30 pm).
Last Sunday we arrive at the structure and find no one.
Thinking that "maybe I'm on break" despite the time displayed on the internet has continued even on Sundays, we wait in the parking lot for about 40 minutes.
Nobody shows up.
We try to call, write on social media and write to the form of the site, but even here no response (this even in the following days to explain what happened).
Despondent we decide to leave, but passing, I notice a mobile number (but linked to the hotel, not the spa).
I try to call and get answered.
I explain what happened and the person explains that he does not deal with the Wellness Center, but with the Hotel and that he would ask his colleagues at the Wellness Center to understand more, at the time he apologized for what happened and told me that he would talk to the Management (of course he could not do anything and I thanked her).
I wait a week and I don't get any calls or a reply to the form my husband filled out on 12/10.
I therefore decide today to call to understand why this attitude.
I'm talking to a receptionist who explains that her colleague didn't mark the booking and that she apologized.
I think what happened is already unfortunate in itself (not considering the personal event).
The lack of professionalism demonstrated was incisive and I never expected to receive such a (NON) Processing from a Wellness Center, given that the structure is the only one in the area.
I think there is a lot to work on the relationship with the potential consumer, starting from small gestures, since we talk about "well-being".
I have not received a Service, but I am also sure that I will not look for a moment of relaxation in this structure, because the consumption trip from the moment of pre-purchase to the time of use (or rather not use) of the Service was really a nightmare.
I'm really, really sorry that I was treated like this.
In so many years of using services in spas I had never experienced.
I will bring a different memory of this birthday.
