Hotel to recommend everything was perfect

Trip with friends to play golf ( open of Italy P&P in Florinas ) very good hotel well located with large very comfortable rooms and own free parking on site very convenient. Hearty breakfast. Very welcoming and dedicated staff, with a smile. Thanks to Giovanni from the Welcoming for his kindness and good advice. We had a great time. Thank you.

Disappointing

Seeing the hotel from the road is a horrible building
It is located in a weakened area.
by the arrival at the car park which is on the 4th floor spiral to access it where the cars go up and down by the same road
You gotta be careful.
In spacious rooms certainly but no decoration and views of industrial sites.
Good quality bedding.
For breakfast.
The room is bright green. Which is not in very good taste.
No nice choice for bread. .
Very disappointing for the rest
Coffee on demand. And please wait because in no hurry to help you. .
On the other hand the staff at the reception is very warm, friendly and kind and smiling.

Business hotel in peripheric, sad city area

We had a very large, well-maintained room, large bathroom with double basins, a view - albeit on the industrial area. To be noted, the standard room doesn't look anything like the promotional photos.
The staff is polite and efficient and dinner good value for money.
However the location is not for tourists (business hotel in a rather dilapidated area), the parking is via a dangerous two-way ramp, the common areas are not too clean, only one elevator was working when we visited and the other sorely in need of revamping, finally breakfast was barely acceptable.
For a business hotel and/or a short stay is good value for money. Absolutely not for tourists.

Totally inadequate Room Manager

I recently stayed at this hotel.
I would like to point out the arrogance, presumption and total lack of professionalism of the manager of the Room. His behavior has conditioned my stay in this hotel.
