All right.

Beautiful very spacious room. Very comfortable bed.
Large bathroom.
A very practical kitchen area with microwave, fridge and kettle.
No breakfast Service but daily you will find fruit juice, water, cupcakes, cereals.
Great location, close to restaurants and shops.
Lift.
No parking space.
Possibility to park for free outside the city center (15-20 minutes walk to the hotel).

Guest House that tastes like Hotel ✨

We are delighted with our overnight stay at this property.
A guest house that tastes like a hotel, very attention to detail:
Comfortable beds, clean and fragrant sheets and towels and also courtesy kit. Which above all were enough for all guests (it does not always happen this way). Host kind and helpful. Great property location, with a very useful floor parking nearby. Last but not least, we had breakfast, there were several choices, very welcome. Service is absolutely satisfactory, I highly recommend it!

A very positive experience!
Salvatore, the Owner, a kind, welcoming person, humble in behavior and very helpful.
The impeccable room, very cozy and spotless thanks to a cleaning service that passes every day.
Wonderful location because it is located just square Azuni in the heart of the historic center of Sassari.
In addition to the excellence of the whole structure, there is the excellence of the "human part" of Salvatore, for our experience, we arrived in a new land, for work reasons, we felt welcomed and pampered, has been and will continue to be our point of reference! Always available, always smiling, always ready to find the solution, day and night.

Spacious accommodation in centre of Sassari

Quite spacious accommodation located close to the centre of Sassari. Limited breakfast provided. Working wi-fi. Not perfectly clean. I don't have perfect vision nd I found the low lighting difficult to cope with. Much of Sassari's tourist attractions are closed on a Monday.

We had a good experience. Center location (just the parking is not too close), big apartment, clean and comfortable. Great sleep, warm welcome and we liked this place, close to shops, monuments, restaurants
