Paradise in the mountains

This place will hold a special place in our heart because it provided us with exactly what we were after rest and pamper.
Service throughout our 6 days stay was impeccable. Always impressive when the family too are part of the service. This is why the place gets 5 star:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction - no ask was too big, we decided the wonderful room we were allocated which faced the church was a little too noisy for us. We asked and our room was changed to a quieter side as soon as practicable.
- Solution driven - I have a very complicated diet for medical reasons, the chef and my allocated waitress Katrin were fantastic at ensuring that not only was my food safe but also fun (I even had a local dessert ) and tasty!
- Cleanliness of Rooms /restaurant/ spa area.
- the hotel itself has tasteful interior decoration.
- The beauty of the surroundings especially the wellness area earns the place the title of paradise.
- The daily delicious tea, Red Velvet is our favourite
- Great advice on wine by the Sommelier
Our only minor issue was no iron - but the hotel provides laundry service.
We hope to go there again one day.

Like being at heaven!

I never found a place like Gokden Rose Karthouse in my life. And I am a quite frequent traveller! Everything is PERFECT! Starting from the owners ( always present and servicing ) to the receptionists, waiters and waitresses, spa staff ALL STAFF is outstanding. Then the food is superb and the quality of the details above any benchmark. Once in your life you must join it!

Perfect stay in South Tyrol

Fantastic views, mountain lodge chic rooms, heated outdoor pool, excellent food, friendly and helpful staff. Perfect in every way. Book for at least 3 nights to enjoy the nearby activities.

My 8th visit here and I am back in August of 2026 and of course winter of 2026/2027

Great staff, great views, great rooms, GREAT STAY

We were tracing some family ancestry higher up in the mountains and traded in some Hilton points for a night here.
This hotel was an amazing experience. We weee out late on our search and missed dinner but I really wish we wouldn’t have based on the outstanding and complimentary breakfast.
Quick shout out to Davies at the desk, Andrea and Kathrin in the restaurant and a fantastic young lady at the desk on Saturday morning whose name I regretfully missed.
You guys and this hotel are awesome!!! We will be back for more mountain tranquility and pampering.
