Beautiful building, central area

Central location, easily accessible from the parking lots just outside the historic center. Facilities below the building (bar, laundry, tobacco). The attractions can be reached in a few minutes. Clean and organized environment, friendly and helpful staff. The only flaw is the absence of elevator, which with multiple suitcases could be uncomfortable.

First impressions is definitely deceiving!

Location and breakfast are good, but ruined by nasty sewer like smell that occasionally comes inside the room and the nasty hostess who the least I can say is a careless ignorant person that caused me to get two fines of more than 200 euros! She sent me instructions on how to go inside the ZTL to drop the bags and she took my car details to register it with the authorities (but apparently failed to do so), but I ended up getting 2 fines because of her ignorance. I contacted her immediately, and guess what, she didn’t resolve the issue, she did offer to pay for the fines, and she even blocked me on WhatsApp

Fantastico!

We absolutely loved this charming perfectly located B n B. Which is expertly run. The breakfast was the best we had all week the fresh fruit was the best I've had anywhere.
The best thing about this place was the attention to detail the friendliness and the personal touch.
We loved it there and highly recommend it.

A great place to stay

We had the room on the top floor with beautiful views of Siena’s rooftops. It’s a lovely room with the bathroom down some stairs so perhaps not suitable for some people. Delicious breakfast and lovely hostess.
