Great location with a pool!
This was a great home base to visit Siena, some local vineyards, and to soak up the Tuscan sun. Surprisingly nice for a Four Points - definitely a notch above what I’ve seen in the U.S. the hotel has a lovely pool with an outdoor bar and pizzeria that lends a resort feel to it. We were pleasantly surprised! I also recommend a nearby restaurant if you are staying at the Four Points: Antica Trattoria Botteganova

A Good, functional hotel with excellent reception staff.
The hotel was clean, quite well located near by to a a bus stop and the breakfast was quite nice. The room and bathroom were a bit small but quite functional. The AC was not functioning very well though. The staff in the reception were very helpful. In particular, Mr. Guilherme was outstanding and went out of his way, to assist us. So a good experience overall.

Functional
Close to the Hospital, within quite boring surroundings. Several old olive trees in the parking lot improve the impression. It's not a romantic hotel, seldom a Sheraton be. The reception and structures give a cold impression. However, we were given an upgraded room and were told how to reach the old town best and where to park the car easily. They have a weird policy with their WiFi - one has to sign in with their Facebook account, and not having one means no access. The breakfast was OK, but nothing extraordinary.

Please be assured that social media login is not required to access our network. Our portal offers two primary ways to connect: entering your Last Name and Room Number or using a unique Access Code provided by the reception desk.
It appears there may have been a misunderstanding during the login process, and we regret any frustration this caused. We have briefed our IT and reception teams to ensure guests are clearly guided through these options in the future.

Overall good , one runner in the gym was not working out of two so I couldn’t work out with my wife , breakfast lack of variety , not enough vegetables , good service , water was not going down in toilet, we asked to fix it but only in evening fixed it , room was good overall

Nice hotel
Nice hotel with large spaces both indoors and outdoors, nice and welcoming, not far from the hospital, is also equipped with a comfortable and large parking shaded by olive trees.
