Great place

An absolutely exceptional place to stay! This property seamlessly blends rich history and local culture with modern luxury and elegant design. The swimming pool is outstanding and the rooms are beautifully appointed with every comfort imaginable. The restaurant offers a truly wonderful dining experience, with a charming outdoor setting enhanced by beautiful string lights that create a magical atmosphere in the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and will most certainly return. Highly recommended!

The location is stunning and serene, the accommodations beautiful and comfortable, and the food and service are excellent!

Very recommendable.

Very good experience, very quiet accommodation, clean, and very attentive staff. It serves as a point to approach towns in Tuscany (Montalcino, Montepulciano…). In any case, the best part of this place is the food; we ate very well in Italy, but the restaurant Le Due Apostoli is at the top, the food is unbeatable.

Disappointing, Poor Service.

Family two adults and two children. We stayed at Frata for two nights. Booking for a triple made in May, confirmed. When we arrived they gave us a double saying that they had misunderstood (we had the email with all the details in hand) and after a long negotiation they got us a "Third Party Bed" (the folding spring ones, just enough for a child...).
Very basic and not clean room: chest of drawers full of dust and dirty bathroom: we found pubic hair in the bidet and hair behind the toilets, in short it had not been cleaned after the last guests.
Room maid service: indecent. They just made the beds good and didn't even sweep the floor.
Reception service: non-existent. Only in the morning for a few hours there was someone.
Restaurant: always closed. We're not going back.
