Idyll in a central location

We felt very comfortable. The host is very friendly, pleasant, and accommodating. The location and the opportunities to sit outside are stunning. The pier is at the end of the garden and on the other side you have a bakery, supermarket, and pharmacy.
We could look out at the lake from the bed. A dream.

Pass and go

We used this property as an intermediate stop for a larger tour. From this point of view it is okay, considering that there is parking. Furthermore, the view is spectacular, directly over the Lake. Montisola is a few minutes away by ferry. The hotel is clean, the owners are very cordial, and breakfast has what is needed (without pretension) in a large and welcoming lounge. For the rest, the rooms are, to say the least, anachronistic, with a cheap bathroom, rusty window frames, etc. Certainly, I would not stay in a place like this for more than a day or two. Sulzano, moreover, offers really very little. Ideal as a stopover destination.

Excellent welcome, exceptional cleanliness, the room with a small terrace had a wonderful view of Monte Isola. Exceptional tranquility, beautiful garden.

What a view!

Excellent cleanliness as well as courtesy of the owner. The property has had better times but has retained all its charm. A little maintenance wouldn't hurt. Waking up in the morning with that wonderful view is worth the stay. Great location for Monte Isola . Recommended for its quality -price

Day upstream island

Hotel in perfect location, outside the station and near the boarding for upstream island, Room with lake view, from the hotel you can access directly to the boarding. Owner Very kind and helpful.
Unfortunately lacks elevator and air conditioning for the rest perfect.
