Charming place
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much.
Nice relaxing atmosphere, roosters crowing, a big room, balcony. Huge swimming pool and beautiful area with turtles and lemon trees.
We would especially like to thank Natalia at the reception. She accommodated us perfectly and gave us lots of useful advice during our stay. She was very attentive and friendly all the time.
Also thanks to Roberto and Claudia for their attention and help.
We want to come back here again.

A dated establishment, very kind staff. All in all, we had a good time.
Dated hotel, old structure, uncomfortable bed, terrible bathroom. Shower with drainage holes clogged by limescale. Pool is okay but the outdoor showers are outdated and malfunctioning.

What four stars? Disappointing, the room was at 104 degrees Fahrenheit upon arrival.
Old furnishings, the bathroom was the same, not to mention the very poor restaurant. Never again, the only positive point is the very kind staff. The rest is less than 2 points. For what you pay, it is not a 4-star experience.

But what 4 stars, in dreams maybe
A four-star is another thing.
Old rooms, ruined chairs, scratched and dirty walls, pre-war and noisy air conditioners, bathrooms in line with a poor three-star rating and with very noisy fans, one double with 2 single beds attached, biscuit hairdryer.
Very close to the sea, but 100 meters from the mouth of badino with continuous boat traffic (and unloading).
Hotel definitely worth reviewing.
Only really positive note all the staff, from the restaurant to the pool passing by the reception all kind, helpful and competent. Too bad, 170 euros wasted.

To be improved
From a 4 star hotel you always expect a medium to high level in services , quality, comfort and especially breakfast.
The facility certainly has untapped potential, a bit dated and austere enough to look like a clinic.
Our room was very basic, bare. A mini fridge completely empty, in the bathroom toilet roll already started and almost finished, 1 only bidet towel despite being in 2 people. Noisy bathroom suction fan (very noisy) Empty shower soap dispenser and only one 10ml bottle of courtesy set soap. Thin cushions to look emptied and worn out. Single mattresses joined to form a double with plenty of space in the middle.
At night it was a continuous noise from the outside corridor, so zero soundproofing.
A mediocre breakfast. Dry doughnut and bland tart. Prepackaged sliced cooked ham, slimy.. automatic coffee machine.. (I let you imagine) .
