Quite a nostalgic place
Located on a hill with the magical view of the sea. Lovely individual quarters. Reception and hauskeeping staff very friendly and polite. Rooms are a bit outdated but everthing functions well: shower, drainage, fridge, satelite TV, airconditioning. Quite acceptable breakfast with freshly baked rolls, home made cake, cold cuts,cheese, boiles eggs, cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruits.
Things that need immediate attention are:
Water temperature(shower) could be 2,3 degrees higher,
Vending machine with at least water bottles in the reception area as there are no shops or markets in the vicinity,
Waitress in the breakfast room: unfriendly with no language skills.

However, we sincerely apologise where your experience fell short of expectations. Please rest assured that we take your concerns seriously. We are actively reviewing the condition of the furniture, however, we are proud of our typical Sardinian, historical flamboyance and try our best to preserve that in our hotel. Regarding the water temperature and consistency to ensure a more comfortable experience. Also, the water is set at hot and cold temperatures as desired. It is recommended allowing the water to flow for a while for the desired temperature as the water does take time to cool down in warm weather. Please note that we are not in favor of wasting water but in warm weather the pipes do have the tendency of heating up as temperatures soar.
We understand that our nostalgic, secluded location offers fewer nearby shops, however, there is a bar on the beach and shops in the vicinity where one can buy almost anything including the main town in Tertenia. Water and other beverages are available at reception from the restaurant. Your comments regarding the the breakfast room service have been shared with our team to ensure a more welcoming and communicative atmosphere for all travelers.

At night, it appears enchanting, while during the day, it instills fear. Fortunately, the surrounding landscape.
We are pleased to have stayed for only one night. The structure needs a complete renovation, as the wear and tear of time is evident. We found that one of the window shutters was secured with a screw. To ensure adequate ventilation, we had to adjust the bed's arrangement. It is unclear to us what criteria lead to excellence ratings from some guests.

Motorcycle trip with friends, rooms and staff up to scratch. Private motorcycle parking. Close to the beach and restaurants!

Not recommended
Junior suite that of suite has nothing but a difficult staircase to walk since the final part measures in height just over a meter on top there is a sofa from the 30s with a very low window overlooking the roof of another room! Completely peeling walls and consequent dust everywhere! Old furniture and very hard mattress! I'm also sorry to negatively review a facility in my land, but if you allow a worker who takes a weekend break from work routine (one night) paid 160 euros (the pay of 3 days of work) should be better off!
