Try it to believe it
I spent a truly excellent week in this 4-star hotel. The strong point is undoubtedly the staff: always kind, helpful, attentive to the needs of the guests (especially for vegan requirements handled with variety and originality) and capable of making everyone feel welcomed with great professionalism.
The rooms are spacious, always perfectly tidy and clean, a sign of constant care for every detail. The kitchen also deserves praise: dishes of excellent quality, prepared with outstanding ingredients and offered with variety and attention to flavors.
The entire facility is well organized and offers a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere: heartfelt compliments to the family of the owners. An experience I recommend without hesitation to anyone seeking comfort, quality, and impeccable service. P.s. Care and preparation are also evident in the excursions proposed and directly managed by Francesca.

Highly recommended!
The entire staff was available, kind, and attentive to our needs.
The room was spacious and suitable for our needs.
A note of merit also goes to the kitchen, excellent both at breakfast and dinner, always varied and very well cared for.
Finally, the wellness area was the best way to relax at the end of the day.
A beautiful experience, we will definitely return.

What a disappointment
Reading the reviews I had high expectations but I was disappointed.
Let's say right away that all the staff are of incredible kindness but were not able to handle a very unpleasant situation.
On the door of the wellness center (calling it a wellness center is a great compliment) it is written clearly and roundly that children - young people under 15 years old can not enter as in all wellness centers of all hotels worldwide.
I come in to relax and find myself inside a family with screaming children. I've never seen anything like this!
At that point I go down immediately to communicate and they tell me that they would provide and in fact I see 2 girls at the reception going back and forth.
Then I think the situation is resolved and I go back inside but I still find the children screaming.
I go back down to the reception to understand and they tell me that they told him but the dad shouted at him treating them badly.
But what is the answer??????
They had to let them out!!!
It doesn't matter how but the rules must be respected. So it is a serious disrespect towards other guests.
So I'll play the music loud in the room and if they come and tell me something I'll yell at them.
Or I'll go down to breakfast at 11 even if it's until 10 and if they don't bring it I'll scream at her.
This is more than enough to give a negative opinion about the hotel although I repeat they are kind and helpful but should pay more attention to many things. However, they also made me change rooms because I had complained about too much light coming in from the windows (just change the curtains, it doesn't seem so difficult) and I had too noisy neighbors (also because the rooms are not soundproof at all).
In this regard another thing that is not good is that the rooms of the same category should all be the same but it is not.

One like that, one very ugly and one very beautiful. So you can also have the very ugly one. But then..... a 4 star without bidet.... come on.
Another really bad thing (actually the whole hotel is quite ugly) is the restaurant: terrible, it looks like a company canteen, but it must be said that the food is great and the waiters are beautiful.

Ski holiday with young children
We spent a wonderful week skiing staying in this wonderful hotel that stra recommend for those with young children, for the welcome, services and proximity to the slopes.

It's a very good hotel, nice rooms, good food, friendly staff.
In the wellnes was also everything there, swimming pool and outside in the open air a jacuzzi.
In the stala there was good ambiance with the apres-ski.
Next ski season we will definitely go back. It is highly recommended.
