Family-friendly complex
We booked two apartments for our family (4 adults and 2 children) and were fully satisfied. The apartments are nicely furnished, spacious and well equipped. Magnificent views, well-kept grounds. Covered parking. Very friendly host family. The center of Tisens is reachable on foot in 10 minutes; the nearest bus stop in 5 minutes. Ideal starting point for hikes and excursions.

Disappointing.
Residence Liesy is located in a quiet area and off the main streets of the calle.
The apartments have been recently renovated and are cozy even if they could improve the living room with some small tricks (for example the kitchen of the apartment : in which we stayed was without the drainer, convenient since the kitchen in question was without the dishwasher).
The spaces are well managed and in the summer season the comfortable and spacious terrace allows you to stay sheltered while enjoying breakfast / lunch / dinner outdoors.
The thing that should be totally reviewed is definitely the reception by the owner, starting from the estimate.
After numerous emails to define availability and and period of stay we realized that the price had risen at each email despite the structure was always the same and the period always in high season and when we asked for clarifications we heard them reply that they were doing us a favor (NB they ask 50% as a deposit!).
Upon our arrival (we had notified by message the scheduled time) we thought we would find someone to welcome us and instead... a message with directions to find the apartment in the dark with the keys in the lock, because who was to be present on our arrival was at the championship game of his son.
We found this behavior ill-judged and not very polite: we have been to different facilities and we have never experienced such a thing.
The icing on the cake arrived with the check out: we ask the owner with a little message how to do for the balance and she replies that she would arrive at 08:30.
Not seeing her arrive, at 09:00 we call her and she replies that she does not go directly to the apartments, but waits at reception.
After 5 minutes of research we finally find the reception, we settle the bill and finally we can say goodbye to this disappointing location that we will definitely not take into account anymore.

Schlechteste Ferienwohnung eher!
Wir waren in einer beispiellos schlechten und lieblosen eingerichteten Ferienwohnung untergebracht. Nicht nur die Einrichtung war vom Billigsten, es fehlten auch ganz normale Dinge wie ein Toilettenpapierhalter, Seife im Bad oder z.B. eine Schere in der Küche. Die Küchenausstattung war unpassend und nur eine Microwelle vorhanden (welche erst hergehoben werden musste und angesteckt und danach wieder weggehoben), auch die gesamte Elektroinstalation war abenteuerlich und man konnte nur in Kombination schalten. Alle Fußbodenleisten waren defekt und darin hatten sich nette 3 cm große, schwarze Skorpione versteckt, welche vier nächtliche Auswilderungsseinsätze erforderlich machten. Am allerschlimmsten aber war der Zugang, welcher sicher nicht mehr zulässig ist. Es handelte sich über eine teilweise durchgefaulte Holztreppe mit unterschiedlich tiefen und losen Stufen. Nur für „Bergsteiger“ begehbar. Die Chefin empfanden wir arrogant und abweisend. Das Einzig gute an dieser Unterkunft ist der wirklich schöne Garten mit den zwei Pools.
Wir verbringen seit 17 Jahren als Familie unseren Urlaub in Fewo`s, so etwas ist uns jedoch noch nie passiert.

Sehr schöne Appartements an ruhiger und kinderfreundlicher Lage.
Das Appartement an der südlichen Seite bietet eine super Sonnenaufgang.
Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Freundliche Begrüßung durch die Besitzer.

Cinque giorni in montagna
Abbiamo soggiornato qui nei giorni di Natale ed è davvero in una ottima posizione per visitare Merano e Bolzano in quanto dista solo 25 minuti da entrambi. La struttura è nuova e molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Ha una piscina esterna, sauna e zona giochi molto carina. Gli appartamenti sono caldi e con riscaldamento a pavimento. Tuttavia non mancano anche gli aspetti negativi: cassaforte in camera guasta, porta di ingresso che non si chiudeva, pulizia carente, wifi assente, cucina piccolissima e con poche dotazioni. Insomma potrebbe essere un posto davvero molto bello e con grande potenziale se solo fosse un po' più curato.
