Hotel Astor nalazi se nasuprot veličanstvenom trgu Galimberti, u blizini Olimpijskog stadiona te Kongresnog centra i sajma Lingotto. Povijesni centar Torina udaljen je samo 4 km. Potpuno renoviran 2006. godine, Astor nudi pristupačan smještaj.

Room and hotel was clean.
Good local convenience shops and restaurants. Lots of locals dine out there so food food quality.
Air con took a few hours to get cool. But was fine.

I choose the hotel based on it's location as I was in Turin for a concert and this was near the venue As such it was ideal for me for 2 nights, but was quite a way out of the main centre if that's what you're focused on.That said, buses and the metro station run frequently from the hotel to the centre, so it was easy enough to explore Turin using the hotel as a base. The hotel was fine in all other regards.

Very old hotel and also a bit run down... it should be renovated, in the bathroom there are obvious signs of mold.
The coffee is bad.
The hotel is located at the Lingotto, in a location well served by buses.
The staff was very kind and friendly.

I was welcomed and treated nicely from the front desk and breakfast staff all the time. Place was clean and breakfast had a great variety of options.

From Puglia to Turin

I stayed three nights at this hotel, friendly staff, clean linen, the bathroom is a bit 'sacrificed, breakfast should be enriched and better served. The location is good and if you want, you can use the garage for a daily supplement.
